実施の形態1.
本発明を車両天井面に設置された収納ケース(図示せず)に開閉体としてのモニタを出し入れ可能に取り付けた場合を例に説明する。図1に示すように、ヒンジ機構1は、モニタ(開閉体)6の側面から側方に突出させた回転シャフト3の回転軸部としての円形部3bをブラケット2の円形部挿入穴(回転軸部挿入穴)2aに通し、その円形部挿入穴2aに挿入貫通させた円形部3bの端部に設けた取付軸部としての非円形部3cに板ばね4、プレート5を組み付け、その非円形部3cをかしめて回転シャフト3をブラケット2に回転可能に取り付けたものである。
この実施の形態2に係るヒンジ機構は、プレート5の非円形部挿入穴5aの形状を図5に示すように、幅(A+α)および高さ(B+α)とし、四隅のみを小さな円弧として略矩形状に形成したもので、四隅には図3(d)の場合より大きな隙間5c-1が形成され、かしめにより潰された回転シャフト3の非円形部3cの変形した肉が多く入り込み、より大きなかしめ効果を得ることができる。しかも、略矩形状とすることにより、非円形部挿入穴5aの金型作成およびメンテナンス性が容易となる。
この実施の形態3に係るヒンジ機構は、図7に示すように板ばね4の非円形部挿入穴壁面とプレート5との間に隙間7を形成するように、該プレートに向かって外広がりの傾斜面4dを設けたものである。この場合、板ばね4の非円形部挿入穴4aとプレート5の非円形部挿入穴5aの穴径および形状は同じとし、上記非円形部挿入穴4aおよび非円形部挿入穴5aは回転シャフト3の非円形部3cより嵌め合い程度大きくした形状である。
Claims (4)
- 開閉体に設けた回転シャフトと、
前記回転シャフトの端部回転軸部を挿入貫通させる回転軸部挿入穴と該回転軸部挿入穴を中心とした円周上に一方の係合凹凸部を有するブラケットと、
前記回転軸部の端面に形成された取付軸部を挿入貫通させる取付軸部挿入穴を有するプレートと、
前記取付軸部を挿入貫通させる取付軸部挿入穴と前記ブラケットの係合凹凸部と係合して前記開閉体を所定の回転角度位置に保持する他方の係合凹凸部を有し、前記ブラケットと前記プレートとの間に位置して前記回転シャフトに取り付ける板ばねとを備え、
前記取付軸部と前記プレートの取付軸部挿入穴との間に形成された隙間に、かしめ加工により潰された前記取付軸部の肉の進入によって前記板ばねを前記回転軸部端面にかしめ固定するように、前記プレートの取付軸部挿入穴を前記板ばねの取付軸部挿入穴より大きく形成したことを特徴とするヒンジ機構。 - 開閉体に設けた回転シャフトと、
前記回転シャフトの端部回転軸部を挿入貫通させる回転軸部挿入穴と該回転軸部挿入穴を中心とした円周上に一方の係合凹凸部を有するブラケットと、
前記回転軸部の端面に形成された取付軸部を挿入貫通させる取付軸部挿入穴を有するプレートと、
前記取付軸部を挿入貫通させる取付軸部挿入穴と前記ブラケットの係合凹凸部と係合して前記開閉体を所定の回転角度位置に保持する他方の係合凹凸部を有し、前記ブラケットと前記プレートとの間に位置して前記回転シャフトに取り付ける板ばねとを備え、
前記板ばねの取付軸部挿入穴壁面をプレートとの間に隙間を形成するように該プレートに向かって外広がりの傾斜面としたことを特徴とするヒンジ機構。 - 取付軸部の端面中央部にかしめ促進用凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒンジ機構。
- 取付軸部の端面中央部にかしめ促進用凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載のヒンジ機構。
