Abstract
Description
図1A及び図1Bには、移動体としての箱形の引出し10が示されており、開口が設けられた収納部12内へ押入れ又は引出し可能となっている。この収納部12の側壁には、図示はしないが、引出し10の押入れ又は引出し方向に沿って、レールが配設されており、引出し10が該レールに沿って移動可能となっている。
ここで、移動体の押出装置の構成について説明する。
次に、移動体の押出装置の作用について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 筐体に設けられ、モータに連結されたウォームギアと、
前記ウォームギアと噛合うギア列と、
前記ギア列の最終ギアと噛み合う第1ラックが形成され、前記筐体にスライド可能に取付けられたスライド部材と、
前記スライド部材に設けられ、前記第1ラックの歯列と交差する面、かつ前記第1ラックの歯列方向に歯列が形成された第2ラックと、
前記第2ラックに噛み合うギアを備え回動可能なアーム体と、
を有する押出装置。 - 収納部に押入れ又は引出される移動体と接触可能に設けられ、該移動体の位置に応じて出力電圧が変化する検出機構と、
前記検知機構による出力電圧が所定値以上の場合、前記モータを駆動させる制御機構と、
を有する請求項1に記載の押出装置。 - 前記移動体の収納位置で移動体に当たって位置決めし、該移動体の前記収納位置から奥方への移動を許容する位置決め機構を設けた請求項2に記載の押出装置。
- 前記ギア列の最終ギアが、前記筐体に固定された固定軸と、前記固定軸に挿通され固定軸周りを回転する大ギア及び小ギアが設けられたギア部材と、を含んで構成され、
前記大ギアと前記小ギアとは互いの摺動抵抗により一体に回転し、前記アーム体に所定値以上のトルクが作用すると、前記第1ラックに噛み合う前記小ギアだけが回転する請求項1に記載の押出装置。
