Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de thymosine α1 génétiquement manipulée possédant des extrémités N-terminales acétylées. Le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes consistant à : 1) préparer des protéines ou polypeptides précurseurs comprenant une séquence polypeptidique de thymosine α1 à extrémités N-terminales acétylées, à l'aide d'une souche d'Escherichia coli génétiquement manipulée; et 2) cliver les protéines ou polypeptides précurseurs comprenant la séquence polypeptidique de thymosine α1 à extrémités N-terminales acétylées de l'étape 1) au moyen d'une endopeptidase, puis purifier le mélange résultant pour obtenir une thymosine α1 possédant des extrémités N-terminales acétylées.
