- FIG. 14 shows a side view of the six-wheel stretcher 400 in which the height of the six-wheeled stretcher 400 on which the rotatable auxiliary caster 39 with the stopper 49 is attached is variously changed.
- FIG. 14 shows an example in which a spring member is attached to the slide mechanism for assisting the vertical movement of the stretcher 400, but the invention is not limited to the spring member, and a constant load spring is used for the slide mechanism. May be.
- FIG. 14 (14-1) shows the highest position of the six-wheel stretcher 400 of the present invention. This is usually the case when the stretcher is pulled down from the ambulance.
- FIG. 14 (14-2) shows an example in which the six-wheel stretcher 400 of the present invention is in the intermediate position. In this position, the six-wheel stretcher 400 is supported by a front leg fixing caster 23 and a rear leg pivotable caster 24. The height is adjusted and fixed when the patient is transferred from a high bed or the like.
- FIG. 14 (14-3) shows an example in which the six-wheel stretcher 400 of the present invention is placed at a low position (about 550 mm).
- a rotatable auxiliary caster 39 attached to the upper part of the front leg fixing caster 23 and a rotatable caster 24 of the rear leg are grounded.
- the front and rear casters 39 and 24 are rotatable, so that the auxiliary caster 39 can be fixed by a stopper 49 that suppresses the pivotable movement of the front auxiliary caster 39.
- first-aid measures such as cardiac massage can be directly applied to the patient accommodated on the stretcher in this state.
- the stretcher 400 is transported with a stopper 49 that suppresses the pivotable movement of the auxiliary caster 39, the auxiliary caster 39 will not rotate even if the auxiliary caster 39 comes into contact with an obstacle such as a pebble on the road surface. It is possible to reduce the burden on emergency personnel who carry the letcher 400.
- FIG. 14 (14-4) shows an example in which the six-wheel stretcher 400 of the present invention is at the bottom. This position is adjusted when a patient at a low position such as the ground is accommodated on the stretcher.
- FIG. 14 (14-5) shows the shape when the six-wheel stretcher 400 of the present invention is housed in an ambulance.
- the front part of the stretcher 400 is supported by a fixed caster 22, and the rear part is supported by a front leg fixed caster 23 and a rear rotatable caster 24.
