Abstract

L’invention concerne une buse pour machine de moulage par injection qui permet d’éliminer les corps étrangers. Cette buse comprend un corps, un nez, une pièce rapportée et une unité tournante. Le corps de buse comporte une première partie d’espace dotée d’un passage et formée dans son extrémité avant, ainsi qu’une rainure de guidage formée dans une extrémité supérieure. Le nez de la buse comporte une seconde partie d’espace raccordée à l’avant du corps de buse et formée en son centre, ainsi qu’une rainure de guidage formée dans une partie supérieure de la seconde partie d’espace. La pièce rapportée, qui vient s’insérer entre la première et la seconde parties d’espace, possède en son centre un trou d’injection de forme conique. L’unité tournante est montée sur la pièce rapportée qu’elle fait tourner.
