本发明涉及4腔软管成型模具模芯结构。4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,它包括注胶头、前模芯和后模芯;所述注胶头的端部设置有三个呈正三角形排列的喷嘴;所述前模芯包括螺纹芯子、固定不动的绞牙套和与螺纹芯子上端连接的齿轮;所述螺纹芯子与绞牙套螺纹连接;所述螺纹芯子的下方为型腔;所述后模芯包括位于头部的多个圆环组件和推套;所述圆环组件用于联通吹气系统。本发明的4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,避开产品中间的孔位,满足产品头部很小的需求,注胶平衡;产品头部在成型后,直接旋转脱模,没有分型线,使产品外观更美观;顶出时,消除真空,减少产品的包紧力,使得产品更容易从后模芯顶出,不易溃缩和损坏,提高了产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及软管成型模具领域,特别是涉及4腔软管成型模具模芯结构。
背景技术
对于如图4所示的软管产品,现有的软管成型模具,由于产品头部中间有孔位,不能在中心进胶,而且产品头部有明显的分型线,影响产品的外观,在产品出模时,产品易溃缩、损坏,严重影响产品的质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了4腔软管成型模具模芯结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,它包括注胶头、前模芯和后模芯;所述注胶头的端部设置有三个呈正三角形排列的喷嘴;所述前模芯包括螺纹芯子、固定不动的绞牙套和与螺纹芯子上端连接的齿轮;所述螺纹芯子与绞牙套螺纹连接;所述螺纹芯子的下方为型腔;所述后模芯包括位于头部的多个圆环组件和推套;所述圆环组件用于联通吹气系统;所述注胶头的喷嘴插至前模芯的螺纹芯子中并位于型腔的上方,所述后模芯位于型腔的下方,并与型腔共同组成软管注塑腔。
所述齿轮通过液压马达驱动。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,采用三个喷嘴呈正三角形排列在注胶头上,不但可以避开产品中间的孔位,又因三个喷嘴排列紧密而满足产品头部很小的需求,还因呈规则排列可使注胶平衡;采用螺纹旋脱的方式,使得产品头部在成型后,直接旋转脱模,使得产品上没有分型线,使产品外观更美观;采用圆环组件,使得在顶出时,吹气系统可将气体吹入产品和后模芯之间,消除真空,减少产品的包紧力,使得产品更容易从后模芯顶出,不易溃缩和损坏,提高了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
实施例
如图1至图3所示,4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,它包括注胶头1、前模芯2和后模芯3;所述注胶头1的端部设置有三个呈正三角形排列的喷嘴11;所述前模芯2包括螺纹芯子21、固定不动的绞牙套22和与螺纹芯子21上端连接的齿轮23;所述螺纹芯子21与绞牙套22螺纹连接;所述螺纹芯子21的下方为型腔24;所述后模芯3包括位于头部的多个圆环组件31和推套32;所述圆环组件31用于联通吹气系统;所述齿轮23通过液压马达驱动;所述注胶头1的喷嘴11插至前模芯2的螺纹芯子21中并位于型腔24的上方,所述后模芯3位于型腔24的下方,并与型腔24共同组成软管注塑腔。
本实施例的液压马达驱动齿轮,进而带动螺纹芯子旋转,绞牙套固定不动,螺纹芯子会旋转向上移动,使产品的头部从螺纹芯子中旋转脱出。
如图4所示的产品,因头部中间有孔位,不能在中心设置进胶口,所以在此设计了三个呈正三角形排列的喷嘴,即采用三点热流道进胶;因产品头部形状又很小,所以将三个喷嘴集中在一起,压缩了体积,又兼顾走胶的平衡;因产品头部有螺纹形状,而在现有的模具中,螺纹多采用滑块两边打开的方式,产品上有明显的分型线,影响产品的外观,所以采用旋脱螺纹,消除分型线,使产品外观更美观;因产品壁厚仅0.4mm,成型后的产品出模时,由于产品壁厚越小,推套顶出的作用面积也越小,同时产品对于后模芯子的包紧力也大,用普通的顶出方式,产品极易溃缩、损坏,所以设置多个圆环组件,与吹气系统联通,在顶出时让空气进入产品与后模芯子之间,消除真空,减少包紧力。
本实施例的4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,采用三个喷嘴呈正三角形排列在注胶头上,不但可以避开产品中间的孔位,又因三个喷嘴排列紧密而满足产品头部很小的需求,还因呈规则排列可使注胶平衡;采用螺纹旋脱的方式,使得产品头部在成型后,直接旋转脱模,使得产品上没有分型线,使产品外观更美观;采用圆环组件,使得在顶出时,吹气系统可将气体吹入产品和后模芯之间,消除真空,减少产品的包紧力,使得产品更容易从后模芯顶出,不易溃缩和损坏,提高了产品的质量。

1.4腔软管成型模具模芯结构,其特征在于:它包括注胶头、前模芯和后模芯;所述注胶头的端部设置有三个呈正三角形排列的喷嘴;所述前模芯包括螺纹芯子、固定不动的绞牙套和与螺纹芯子上端连接的齿轮;所述螺纹芯子与绞牙套螺纹连接;所述螺纹芯子的下方为型腔;所述后模芯包括位于头部的多个圆环组件和推套;所述圆环组件用于联通吹气系统;所述注胶头的喷嘴插至前模芯的螺纹芯子中并位于型腔的上方,所述后模芯位于型腔的下方,并与型腔共同组成软管注塑腔。
