Abstract

본 발명은 일산화질소와 이산화질소를 동시에 측정하면서도, 측정정밀도 및 장기안정성을 확보할 수 있는 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 산소 이온 전도성 고체전해질; 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비된 제1막; 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비되며 상기 제1막과 분리된 제2막; 제1 노드는 상기 제1막과 전기적으로 연결되고 제2노드는 상기 제2막과 전기적으로 연 결되어 상기 제1막 및 제2막에 전류를 인가하는 전원; 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비되며 상기 전원에 대해 상기 제1막과 병렬로 연결된 제3막; 및 상기 제1노드 및 제2노드 사이의 전위차를 측정하는 측정부;를 포함하는 질소산화 물 가스센서에 관한 것이다.
