Abstract
본 발명은 일산화질소와 이산화질소를 동시에 측정하고, 측정정밀도 및 장기 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 산소이온 전도성 고체전해질; 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 p형 반도체 금속산화물로 구비된 제 1막; 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 p형 반도체 금속산화물로 구비된 제2막; 상기 제1 막 및 제2막 중 적어도 하나에 포함된 n형 반도체 금속산화물; 제1노드는 상기 제1 막과 전기적으로 연결되고 제2노드는 상기 제2막과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1 막 및 제2막에 전류를 인가하는 전원; 및 상기 제1노드 및 제2노드 사이의 전위차 를 측정하는 측정부;를 포함하는 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공한다.
