Abstract
본 발명은 일산화질소와 이산화질소를 동시에 측정함에 있어 센싱 정확도를 저해함 없이 센싱 온도를 조절할 수 있는 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 이를 위하여, 산소이온 전도성 고체전해질과, 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비된 제1막과, 상기 고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비된 제2막과, 제1노드는 상기 제1막과 전기적으로 연결되고 제2노드는 상기 제2막과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1막 및 제2막에 전류를 인가하는 전원과, 상기 제1노드 및 제2노드 사이의 전위차를 측정하는 측정부와, 상기 고체전해질에 매립되고, 제1부분과 제2부분을 가지며, 상기 제1부분과 제2부분은 상기 제1막 및 제2막 중 적어도 하나에 대응되는 영역만큼 이격된 폭을 가지며, 저항체로 구비된 히터와, 상기 히터와 상기 고체전해질 사이에 개재되고, 상기 히터의 제1부분과 제2부분의 이격된 폭에 대응되는 개구를 갖는 절연막을 포함하는 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공한다.
