Description
Claims (11)
- 산소이온 전도성 제1고체전해질;상기 제1고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비된 제1막;상기 제1고체전해질과 접하고 금속산화물로 구비된 제2막;제1노드는 상기 제1막과 전기적으로 연결되고 제2노드는 상기 제2막과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1막 및 제2막에 전류를 인가하는 전원;상기 제1노드 및 제2노드 사이의 전위차를 측정하는 측정부; 및상기 제1막 및 제2막 중 적어도 하나의 온도를 일정하게 유지하는 온도 조절 유닛;을 포함하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1막 내지 제2막 중 적어도 하나는 p형 반도체 금속산화물 및 n형 반도체 금속산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 n형 반도체 금속산화물은 상기 p형 반도체 금속산화물과 혼합되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 n형 반도체 금속산화물은 상기 p형 반도체 금속산화물과 고용체화되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1막 내지 제2막 중 상기 n형 반도체 금속산화물을 포함하는 막은, p형 반도체 금속산화물로 구비된 막과 상기 n형 반도체 금속산화물을 포함하는 버퍼막의 적층체로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 온도 조절 유닛은,저항체; 및상기 저항체를 덮고 있는 절연층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 온도 조절 유닛은 상기 제1고체 전해질에 매립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1막 및 제2막 중 적어도 하나와 이격되어 상기 이격된 공간에서의 산 소 농도를 측정하거나 산소 펌핑을 하는 산소 셀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 산화물 가스센서.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 산소 셀은,산소이온 전도성 제2고체전해질;상기 제2고체전해질과 접하는 제1전극; 및상기 제2고체전해질과 접하는 제2전극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,산화촉매를 포함하는 필터 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 산화물 가스센서.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산화촉매는 귀금속 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 가스센서.
