Abstract
Description
このような冷媒加熱用のIHヒータは、特許文献1(特開2001―174054号公報)記載のIHヒータのように、冷媒が流れる配管または配管内外の磁性体を誘導加熱コイルによって励磁することにより、誘導加熱を生じさせ、これにより、配管中の冷媒を加熱することが可能である。
特許文献1記載のIHヒータは、デフロスト運転の際の冷媒加熱手段または暖房補助ヒータとして用いるために、例えば、膨張弁の近傍に取り付けられている。
本発明の課題は、冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、組立性の向上が可能な空気調和機の室外機を提供することにある。
ここでは、冷媒回路を流れる冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱装置が冷媒容器の上方に配置されているので、冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機の組立性の向上が可能である。
ここでは、冷媒加熱装置が、アキュームレータの吸入側に接続され、かつ、アキュームレータの上方に配置されているので、アキュームレータの上方において冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機の組立性の向上が可能である。
ここでは、冷媒加熱装置とアキュームレータとの間の距離が冷媒加熱装置とアキュームレータとの間を接続する配管のろう付けが可能な距離であるので、ろう付けを容易かつ確実に行うことが可能であり、室外機の組立性がさらに向上する。
ここでは、一体化されたアセンブリが、2ヶ所のろう付けのみで冷媒回路を構成する配管に固定されており、他の配管や固定物等には支持されていない支持構造になっている。このため、冷媒加熱装置をアキュームレータの上方に配置することで、冷媒加熱装置の重量をアキュームレータに加重をかけることで安定して配置することが可能である。
ここでは、室外熱交換器と冷媒回路に接続される室内熱交換器との間に接続された冷媒の気液分離用のレシーバであり、冷媒加熱装置がレシーバの上方に配置されているので、レシーバの上方において冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機の組立性の向上が可能である。
第2発明によれば、アキュームレータの上方において冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機の組立性が大幅に向上する。
第3発明によれば、ろう付けを容易かつ確実に行うことが可能であり、室外機の組立性がさらに向上する。
第4発明によれば、一体化されたアセンブリを容易かつ確実に室外機に組み込むことが可能になり、室外機の組立性が大幅に向上する。
第5発明によれば、冷媒加熱装置をアキュームレータの上方に配置することで、冷媒加熱装置の重量をアキュームレータに加重をかけることで安定して配置することができる。
第6発明によれば、レシーバの上方において冷媒加熱装置の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機の組立性が大幅に向上する。
〔第1実施形態〕
<基本構成>
図1に示される冷媒加熱装置30(以下、IHヒータアセンブリ30という)を含む空気調和機1では、図1に示すように、室外機2と室内機4とを液冷媒連絡配管6およびガス冷媒連絡配管7で接続して構成される冷媒回路11を備えている。冷媒回路11の各冷媒配管は、通常、銅によって構成されている。
冷媒回路11は、図1~2に示されるように、室外機2内部に、圧縮機21、四路切換弁22、室外熱交換器23、絞り調整可能な電子膨張弁からなる膨張弁24、IHヒータアセンブリ30およびアキュームレータ25等を備えている。また、冷媒回路11は、室内機4内部には、図1に示されるように、室内熱交換器26等を備えている。なお、四路切換弁22は、図1では、暖房運転を行う場合の切換接続状態を示している。
ここで、冷媒回路11内を流れる冷媒は、本発明ではとくに限定するものではないが、例えば、HFC(R410A等)や二酸化炭素冷媒等である。
冷媒回路11は、図1に示すように、吐出管A、室内側ガス管B、室内側液管C、室外側液管D、室外側ガス管E、アキューム管Fおよび吸入管Gを有している。
アキューム管Fは、図8に示されるように、直管部分F1と、U字管部分F2とを有している。
以下、圧縮機21から吐出された冷媒が流れ出て再び圧縮機21に吸入される流路の順に、各冷媒配管の接続状態を説明する。
吐出管Aは、圧縮機21の吐出側と四路切換弁22とを接続している。
室内側液管Cは、室内熱交換器26の液側と膨張弁24とを接続している。ここで、室内側液管Cには、室外機2と室内機4とを連絡する液連絡配管6を含んで構成されている。
室外側液管Dは、膨張弁24と室外熱交換器23の液側とを接続している。
室外側ガス管Eは、室外熱交換器23のガス側と四路切換弁22とを接続している。
アキューム管Fは、四路切換弁22とアキュームレータ25とを接続している。
吸入管Gは、アキュームレータ25と圧縮機21の吸入側とを接続している。
このようにして、冷媒回路11は構成されており、上述した向きに冷媒が循環して流れることで、暖房運転を行うことができる。なお、四路切換弁22の接続状態を切り換えることで、冷房運転を行うこともできる。
<IHヒータアセンブリ30の構成>
図3および図4に示されるように、IHヒータアセンブリ30は、二重管からなるIHヒータであり、内管31と、外管32と、誘導加熱コイル33と、ボビン34と、一対の蓋35と、一対のナット36と、複数のフェライトブロック37と、フェライトホルダ38と、板金カバー39とを備えている。
内管31は、冷媒配管5と同じ材料である銅で製造されており、その内部を冷媒が流れる。
なお、外管32の材質は、ステンレス鋼に限定されるものではなく、例えば、鉄、銅、アルミ、クロム、ニッケル等の導体およびこれらの群から選ばれる少なくとも2種以上の金属を含有する合金等とすることができる。また、ステンレス鋼としては、例えば、フェライト系、マルテンサイト系の少なくとも1種またはこれらの組合せが例として挙げられる。
ボビン34は、両端が開放された円筒状の部材であり、その側周面に誘導加熱コイル33が巻き付けられている。
一対の蓋35は、中央に開口35aが開口され、外管32の外周に嵌合している。また、一対の蓋35は、ボビン34に取り付けられた状態で、後述するC字状のフェライトホルダ38によって上下両側から固定されている。
一対のナット36は、外管32の両端付近の外周に形成された雄ねじ部32aに螺合することにより、IHヒータアセンブリ30のボビン34、蓋35、フェライトホルダ38およびナット36をあらかじめ組み合わせたものを、外管32の外周に固定している。
板金カバー39は、金属薄板からなるカバーであり、フェライトホルダ38の外側にネジ止めされている。板金カバー39は、円筒状のボビン34を取り巻くように、円筒形または多角形状をしており、一体形状であったり、2分割またはそれ以上に分割された形状をしている。
これにより、内管31が他の冷媒配管Fと同種の銅製なので、内管31と冷媒配管Fとの接合が容易(製造容易)となる。しかも、ステンレス鋼などの磁性体からなる外管32により効率的な誘導加熱が可能である。
以上のように、IHヒータアセンブリ30が四路切換弁22とアキュームレータ25とを接続しているアキューム管Fの部分の途中に設けられていることにより、図1に示されるように、電源線71を介して高周波電源60から高周波交流電流を受けたIHヒータアセンブリ30によって、四路切換弁22からアキュームレータ25に向かう吸入ガス冷媒を暖めることができ、暖房能力を向上させることができる。
また、暖房運転の起動時においては、圧縮機21が十分に暖まっていない状態の場合もあるが、ここでは、IHヒータアセンブリ30が発熱することで、四路切換弁22からアキュームレータ25に向かうガス冷媒を加熱することができ、起動時の能力不足を補うことができる。
<IHヒータアセンブリ30の製造方法>
第1実施形態のIHヒータアセンブリ30を製造する場合、まず、図5に示されるように、冷媒回路11の冷媒配管の一部を構成する銅製の内管31が、磁性体からなるステンレス鋼製の外管32の内部に挿入される(挿入工程)。
その後、図7に示されるように、IHヒータアセンブリ30のボビン34、蓋35、フェライトホルダ38およびナット36をあらかじめ組み合わせたものを、ナット36を緩めた状態で外管32の外周に挿入し、その後、ナット36を外管32に締め付けることにより、C字型リング43に内径方向に押し付けられることにより、ボビン34その他の主要部が装着される(ボビン装着工程)。これにより、IHヒータアセンブリ30の製造が完了する。
<IHヒータアセンブリ30の取付構造>
図8に示されるように、IHヒータアセンブリ30は、アキューム管Fを介してアキュームレータ25の上端の吸入側に接続することにより、アキュームレータ25の上方に配置されている。これにより、IHヒータアセンブリ30の安定した取付けを可能にし、組立性の向上が可能である。
具体的には、第1実施形態のIHヒータアセンブリ30の取付構造では、図8に示されるように、IHヒータアセンブリ30の内管31の下端は、アキューム管Fの直管部分F1とろう付け部分42の場所でろう付けされ、一方、内管31の上端は、アキューム管FのU字管部分F2の一端とろう付け部分43の場所でろう付けされている。さらに、直管部分F1の下端は、アキュームレータ25の直管状の吸入管P1に対して、ろう付け部分44の場所でろう付けされている。一方、U字管部分F2の他端は、四路切換弁22の接続管P2に対して、ろう付け部分45の場所でろう付けされている。
また、図8に示されるように、室外機2の組立作業において、IHヒータアセンブリ30、アキューム管F(具体的には、直管部分F1とU字管部分F2)と、四路切換弁22とを互いにろう付けして一体化されたアセンブリSをあらかじめ構成しておくことが可能である。この場合、一体化されたアセンブリSの直管部分F1を、アキュームレータ25の吸入管P1にろう付けすることにより、一体化されたアセンブリSを容易かつ確実に室外機2に組み込むことが可能になり、組立性が大幅に向上する。
しかも、IHヒータアセンブリ30とアキュームレータ25との間の距離Y1(具体的には、IHヒータアセンブリ30の下側のナット36の最下端からアキュームレータ25の吸入管P1の根元までの距離)は、IHヒータアセンブリ30とアキュームレータ25との間を接続する配管のろう付け(具体的には、ろう付け部分44参照)が可能な距離だけ確保されているので、ろう付け部分44におけるろう付けが可能である。
<第1実施形態の特徴>

第1実施形態の空気調和機の室外機2では、IHヒータアセンブリ30は、アキューム管Fを介してアキュームレータ25の上端の吸入側に接続することにより、アキュームレータ25の上方に配置されている。これにより、アキュームレータ25の上方においてIHヒータアセンブリ30の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機2の組立性の向上が可能である。

また、第1実施形態の空気調和機の室外機2では、IHヒータアセンブリ30とアキュームレータ25との間の距離Y1がIHヒータアセンブリ30とアキュームレータ25との間を接続する配管のろう付けが可能な距離だけ確保されているので、ろう付け部分44におけるろう付けを容易かつ確実に行うことが可能である。また、これにより、室外機2の組立性がさらに向上する。

さらに、第1実施形態の空気調和機の室外機2では、IHヒータアセンブリ30、アキューム管F(具体的には、直管部分F1とU字管部分F2)と、四路切換弁22とを互いにろう付けして一体化されたアセンブリSを構成しており、一体化されたアセンブリSを、アキュームレータ25にろう付けしている。これにより、一体化されたアセンブリSを容易かつ確実に室外機2に組み込むことが可能になり、室外機2の組立性が大幅に向上する。

さらに、第1実施形態の空気調和機の室外機2では、一体化されたアセンブリSは、その一端がアキュームレータ25の吸入管P1にろう付け部分44でろう付けされるとともに、その他端が冷媒回路11を構成する他の配管である吐出管Aにろう付け部分46などでろう付けされることにより、室外機2の内部に固定されている。
〔第2実施形態〕
上記の第1実施形態では、IHヒータアセンブリ30がアキュームレータ25の上方に配置された例が示されているが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、アキュームレータ以外の他の冷媒容器の場合でも本発明を適用することが可能である。
すなわち、以下に示される第2実施形態では、アキュームレータ以外の他の冷媒容器として、図10に示されるように、冷媒回路中を流れる冷媒と室外の空気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器108を備えた冷媒回路において、室外熱交換器108と冷媒回路に接続される室外機外部の室内熱交換器103との間に接続された、室外熱交換器108を通過した冷媒の気液分離を行う気液分離レシーバ106の上方に、冷媒加熱装置であるヒータ105が配置されている。このため、ヒータ105は、気液分離レシーバ106の上方に安定して取り付けられている。
図10は、本発明の実施形態2に係るヒートポンプ装置が示し、デフロスト運転時の冷媒の流れと各開閉弁の状態を示している(図中「閉」は、デフロスト運転時に各開閉弁の閉状態を、またそれ以外は、開状態を示している。)。このヒートポンプ装置の冷媒回路は、図示するように、圧縮機101、四路切換弁102、室内熱交換器103、第1電子膨張弁104、気液分離レシーバ106、第2電子膨張弁107、室外熱交換器108、及びアキュムレータ109が、冷媒配管110により順に接続されて閉回路となる冷媒回路に構成されている。また、気液分離レシーバ106のガス出口106aが、インジェクション回路111により圧縮機101のインジェクションポート101aに接続されている。
すなわち、第1電子膨張弁104は、室内熱交換器103と気液分離レシーバ106との間に設けられ、第2電子膨張弁107は、気液分離レシーバ106と室外熱交換器108との間に設けられている。
また、第1電子膨張弁104は、暖房運転時、高圧冷媒を所定の中間圧まで減圧するように開度が設定され、第2電子膨張弁107は、中間圧冷媒を所定の低圧まで減圧するように設定されている。
そして、本実施形態2において、インジェクション回路111とは異なる通路である第1連通路112が第1電子膨張弁104と気液分離レシーバ106との間の冷媒回路に分岐接続されており、冷媒をアキュムレータ109を介して圧縮機101へ送るようになされている。そして、この第1連通路112に室外熱交換器108を除霜するデフロスト運転時にのみ開かれる第1開閉弁113が設けられ、インジェクション回路111には同じくデフロスト運転時にのみ閉鎖される第2開閉弁115が設けられている。
105はヒータであり、第1連通路112への分岐部112aと気液分離レシーバ106との間の冷媒回路に設けられて、デフロスト運転時に室外熱交換器108から出て圧縮機101に戻る冷媒を加熱するようになされている。
上記ヒータ105には、上記第1実施形態と同様の構成を有する電磁誘導加熱方式のIHヒータアセンブリが用いられている。
次に、このように構成されたヒートポンプ装置における冷媒の循環動作を説明する。暖房運転時には、まず、第1及び第2電子膨張弁104、107は所定の開度で開かれており、インジェクション回路111の第2開閉弁115は開かれ、第1連通路112の第1開閉弁113は閉じられている。そして、四路切換弁102は圧縮機101から室内熱交換器103へ冷媒を流して、さらに室外熱交換器108から圧縮機101へ冷媒を流すような状態に切り換えられる(図10中の破線の矢印で示される経路参照)。
そして、室外熱交換器108の冷媒配管を除霜するデフロスト運転時には、第1及び第2電子膨張弁104、107のうち、第1連通路112への分岐部112aと室内熱交換器103側との間に位置する膨張弁である第1電子膨張弁104を閉じる。そして、インジェクション回路111の第2開閉弁115は閉じられ、第1開閉弁113は開かれる。また、四路切換弁102は圧縮機101から室外熱交換器108へ冷媒を流すような状態に切り換えられ、ヒータ105に通電して冷媒を加熱するようにする(図10中の実線の矢印で示される経路参照)。
また、このとき室内熱交換器103へ冷媒が流れるのを禁止するように第1電子膨張弁104は閉じられているので、室内熱交換器103の内部の冷媒の温度低下を防止する。
そのとき、室外熱交換器108でのデフロストに必要な熱量をヒータ105で補うために、圧縮機101から高温冷媒を室外熱交換器108へ送って短時間で効率よくデフロストができるものとなる。
そして、ヒータ105を電磁誘導加熱方式のものとすることにより、冷媒を素早く加熱することができ、またヒータの制御性を高めることができる。
以上の構成により、冷媒はヒータ105によって加熱されてその温度が高くなるので、短時間でデフロストすることができるインジェクション回路を備えたヒートポンプ装置とすることができる。
<第2実施形態の特徴>
第2実施形態の室外機100では、冷媒容器が室外熱交換器108と冷媒回路に接続される室外機100外部の室内熱交換器103との間に接続された冷媒の気液分離用の気液分離レシーバ106であり、冷媒加熱装置が気液分離レシーバ106の上方に配置されているので、気液分離レシーバ106の上方において冷媒加熱用のヒータ105の安定した取付けを可能にし、室外機100の組立性の向上が可能である。

前記冷媒加熱装置(30)と、前記アキューム管(F)と、前記切換手段(22)とが一体化されたアセンブリを構成しており、
前記一体化されたアセンブリは、前記アキュームレータ(25)にろう付けされている、
請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機(2)。 - 前記一体化されたアセンブリは、その一端が前記アキュームレータ(25)にろう付けされるとともに、その他端が冷媒回路を構成する他の配管にろう付けされることにより、前記室外機(2)の内部に固定されている、
請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機(2)。 - 前記冷媒回路を流れる冷媒と室外の空気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器(108)をさらに備えており、
前記冷媒容器は、前記室外熱交換器(108)と前記冷媒回路に接続される室内熱交換器との間に接続された、冷媒の気液分離用のレシーバ(106)である、
