Description
本発明の紙幣出金装置は、出金する複数の紙幣を載せる部分と、前記紙幣を載せる部分より低い段差部を有するステージと、前記ステージを昇降させるステージ駆動部と、水平方向に移動可能で、前記ステージが上昇したとき、前記複数の紙幣に対して上方から前記ステージ方向に圧縮力を与える圧縮部を有する第1の搬送部と、水平方向に移動可能で、前記ステージが上昇した状態で、前記ステージの前記段差部に挿入されて前記複数の紙幣を下から支える支持部を有し、前記複数の紙幣を前記支持部と前記第1の搬送部との間に挟んだ状態で紙幣放出口まで搬送する第2の搬送部とを備える。

次に、図3は、ステージ19とステージ駆動機構41の斜視図である。収納部18の両側面には垂直方向に延びる切り欠き部18aが設けられている。ステージ19の両端部はその切り欠き部18aに挿入されており、垂直方向に移動可能になっている。
ステージ19は、紙幣が載る底面部19bと、紙幣の端部が突き当たる背面部19cと、底面部19bより低い段差部19d(図3に点線で示す)とを有する。段差部19dは、底面部19b及び背面部19cとは別の部材でできており、溶接、圧入、ねじ止め等により底面部19bに固定されている。ステージ19が上昇したとき、この段差部19dの上にキャリア可動プレート25を挿入することで、ステージ19の上の紙幣をキャリア可動プレート25で支えることができる。
搬送系のモータからステージ動作用カム43に対して回転力が与えられていないときには、ステージ動作用カム43の軸43aは、ステージ動作用カム43の中心軸43cの下側の位置にくる。ステージ動作用カム43の軸43aが、図4に示す位置にあるとき、ステージ動作用リンク44は、長手方向が右斜め下方向に傾いた状態となる。
搬送系のモータからステージ動作用カム43に反時計方向の回転力が与えられると、ステージ動作用カム43の軸43aも同じ方向に回転し、軸43aは、図5に示すように、ステージ動作用カム43の中心軸43cの上側の位置にくる。軸43aは、ステージ動作用リンク44の長穴44aに挿入されているので、軸43aの反時計方向の回転に伴ってステージ動作用リンク44も反時計方向に回転し、ステージ動作用リンク44の長手方向が右斜め上方向に傾いた状態になる。
キャリア21が後退して、キャリア21の移動経路上の所定の位置に設置されている部材(ロック解除ブラケット)とキャリアロックプレート27が接触し、キャリアロックプレート27のロック解除部27cに反時計方向の力が加わると、キャリアロック押し付けスプリング27bが圧縮される。キャリアロック押し付けスプリング27bが圧縮されると、ロック部27aが垂直上方向に移動し、キャリア21のロック引っかけ部21aがロック部27aから外れてキャリア21と収納ガイド20のロックが解除される。
ステージ19が上昇すると、ステージ19に集積されている紙幣により収納ガイド20の底部の収納ガイド可動プレート26が上方に押し上げられ、収納ガイド押し付けスプリング24が圧縮される。このとき、収納補助プレート23は、ステージ19の上昇に伴って、軸23aを中心に回動し、収納ガイド可動プレート26と平行な位置に移動する。
キャリア可動プレート25は、ステージ19の段差部19dと紙幣の下面との間に進入して紙幣を下から支えるための部材である。プレート押し付けスプリング25aは、キャリア可動プレート25を水平右方向に付勢している。ロック引っかけ部21aは、収納ガイド20のキャリアロックプレート27のロック部27aと係合して、キャリア21と収納ガイド20を結合する働きをする。
所望の枚数の紙幣がステージ19上に集積されると、出金のためにステージ19が上昇する。このとき、ステージ19の段差部19dの垂直方向の高さが、キャリア可動プレート25の位置よりわずかに低くなる位置までステージ19が上昇する。ステージ19の上昇位置は予め決めておく。
段差部19dは、ステージ19の底面部19bより低くなっているので、段差部19dの上にキャリア可動プレート25を進入させることで、ステージ19の底面部19bの上に載っている紙幣の下にキャリア可動プレート25を挿入することができる。ステージ19の背面部19cは切り欠かれているので、キャリア可動プレート25の先端は、その背面部19cの先(図10の手前側)の位置まで進入することができる。そして、この状態でステージ19を下降させることで、キャリア可動プレート25により紙幣を下から支えることができる。
図12は、ステージ19上に出金する紙幣を集積するときの状態を示している。このとき、ステージ19は下降した状態になっている。
キャリア21が前進して、キャリア可動プレート25がステージ19の底面部19bより低い位置にある段差部19dの上に挿入されると、キャリア可動プレート25で紙幣の束51を支えることができる。この状態で、ステージ19を下降させると、紙幣の束51はキャリア可動プレート25により下から支えられる。このとき紙幣の束51は、上側の収納ガイド20と下側のキャリア21により挟まれた状態となる。
紙幣の束51を搬送しているとき、キャリア可動プレート25にはプレート押し付けスプリング25aにより水平右方向の力が作用してキャリア可動プレート25は最大長さの状態になっている。また、収納ガイド20の収納ガイド可動プレート26にも水平右方向の力が作用して収納ガイド可動プレート26は最大長さの状態になっている。
また、ステージ19を昇降するための機構は、実施の形態に示したカムとリンクによる駆動機構に限らず、モータの回転力を平歯車等に伝達する機構等その他公知の駆動機構を用いることができる。
Claims (6)
- 出金する複数の紙幣を載せる部分と、前記紙幣を載せる部分より低い段差部を有するステージと、
前記ステージを昇降させるステージ駆動部と、
水平方向に移動可能で、前記ステージが上昇したとき、前記複数の紙幣に対して上方から前記ステージ方向に圧縮力を与える圧縮部を有する第1の搬送部と、
水平方向に移動可能で、前記ステージが上昇した状態で、前記ステージの前記段差部に挿入されて前記複数の紙幣を下から支える支持部を有し、前記複数の紙幣を前記支持部と前記第1の搬送部との間に挟んだ状態で紙幣放出口まで搬送する第2の搬送部とを備える紙幣出金装置。 - 前記ステージは、前記支持部が前記段差部に挿入された状態で、下降したときに、前記第2の搬送部の支持部と接触しないように逃げ部を有する請求項1記載の紙幣出金装置。
- 前記第2の搬送部の支持部は、水平方向に伸縮する複数のアームを有する請求項1または2記載の紙幣出金装置。
- 前記第1の搬送部は、水平方向に伸縮し、前記複数の紙幣に対して上方から前記ステージ方向に圧縮力を与える複数のアームを有する請求項1、2または3記載の紙幣出金装置。
- 搬送系を駆動するモータにより駆動されるカムと、前記カムの偏心した位置に設けられた軸に長穴が挿入され、前記カムの回転に伴って端部の連結部材が上下に移動するリンク部材とを有するステージ駆動機構を備え、前記ステージの端部が前記リンク部材の前記連結部と連結され、前記カムの回転に伴って前記ステージが昇降する請求項1、2、3または4記載の紙幣出金装置。
- 前記第1の搬送部は、水平方向に延びるレールに移動可能に取り付けられ、
前記第2の搬送部は、水平方向に延びるレールに移動可能に取り付けられ、
前記ステージは、垂直方向に延びるレールに移動可能に取り付けられている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の紙幣出金装置。
