なお、このギア35は、刃受板3が回転された際に、膨出部34がパイプ刃5と対面する位置にて停止されるように、膨出部34の配設状態に合わせて設計するのが好ましい。
この戻り止め部材140は、水平移動部材130とは反対側において、第2のギア35に係止されており、水平移動部材130の係止部132による係脱とは異なる位相によって、第2のギア35に係脱するようになっている。
この際、押圧部材110が昇降部材4の下端部に設けられると共に、バネ120によって載置台1に向けて付勢されているので、穿孔操作が終了してシートを抜き取ることで、押圧部材110を確実に初期位置へと復帰させることができる。
これによって、穿孔操作ごとに刃受板3を所定角度だけ確実に回転させることができ、そして逆戻りを防止することも可能となる。
先ず、図1(a)の状態で、載置台1と刃受板3との間にシートを載置し、ハンドル2を押し下げる。
すると、昇降部材4が載置台1に接近し、シートを挟んだ状態で押圧部材110が、載置台1によって押圧される。
この際、図11に示すように、押圧部材110が内部方向(図中手前方向)へと押し上げられるので、水平移動部材130が、押圧部材110の斜壁部113に摺接しながら、水平方向(図中A方向)へと移動する。
このとき、水平移動部材130とは反対側に設けられた戻り止め部材140は、その摺接面140bにおいて、回転方向Dに面した歯面36aを歯先に向けて摺動している。
このとき、水平移動部材130の係止部132は、その摺接面132bにおいて、回転方向とは逆の歯面36b上を歯先に向けて摺動し、更に反ピッチ分押し進めた状態で、歯先を越えることで、第2のギア35が1ピッチ分回転される。
このようにして刃受板3が1ピッチ回転され、パイプ刃5を受ける位置が変わった状態で、さらに、ハンドル2が押し下げられることによって、昇降部材4と共に載置台1が下降し、その下に配設されているパイプ刃5によって、シートが穿孔される。この際、水平移動部材130に介挿されたバネ134は押し縮められた状態である。
この時、図12に示すように、水平移動部材130も、バネ134の弾発力によって初期位置に戻るが、この際に、第2のギア35に係合していた水平部材130及び戻り止め部材140が歯面に沿って移動することで、ギアとの係合が外れる。
これによって、刃を受ける位置が一定箇所に集中することを防止することができるので、刃受板3の耐久性を向上させることができる。
また、本実施形態においては、2つのギア30,35を介して刃受板3を回転させたが、1つのギアによって回転させてもよい。
また、水平移動部材130は、載置台1と前記刃受板3によるシートの固定が解除されることによって、刃受板3を回転させる方向に変位させる機構を有するのであれば如何なる構成でもよく、必ずしも、押圧部材110の傾斜部113を摺動することによって水平方向に移動するものである必要はない。
本実施形態において、刃受板3の逆戻りを防止する機構を、水平移動部材130の係止部132が、第2のギア35の回転方向側の歯面を押圧することで、刃受板3を半ピッチ回転させ、戻り止め部材140が、第2のギア35の回転に従って戻り方向側の歯面において係止されるようになることで、さらに半ピッチ回転させた状態で回転を停止するように設計したが、他の機構によって逆戻りを防止してもよい。
この際、凸部32を複数の膨出部34として構成する場合は、前記刃受板3が回転された際に、穿孔方向に相対移動されたパイプ刃5が前記膨出部34の何れかに当接するよう、回転角度を制御する機構(例えば、膨出部34がパイプ刃5の位置に設定されるような係止部)を設けるのが好ましい。
Claims (9)
- シートを穿孔したパイプ刃(5)を刃受板(3)で受けるように構成されたパンチ(10)であって、
前記刃受板(3)の表面に、中心部(33)から同一半径上に凸部(32)を設け、
穿孔方向に相対移動されたパイプ刃(5)が、前記凸部(32)において前記刃受板(3)に当接するように、前記刃受板(3)を回転可能に配設したことを特徴とするパンチ。 - 前記凸部(32)は、等間隔に設けられた複数の膨出部(34)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパンチ。
- 前記刃受板(3)が回転された際に、穿孔方向に相対移動されたパイプ刃(5)が前記膨出部(34)の何れかに当接するように、回転角度を制御する機構(100)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパンチ。
- 前記パイプ刃(5)と前記刃受板(3)との接離に連動して前記刃受板(3)を回転させる回転機構(100)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3の何れか1つの請求項に記載のパンチ。
- 載置台(1)にシートを載置した状態でハンドル(2)を操作することによって、昇降部材(4)と前記載置台(1)とが接近し、該載置台(1)と前記刃受板(3)との間で固定されたシートを、前記載置台(1)を貫通するパイプ刃(5)によって穿孔するパンチ(10)であって、
前記刃受板(3)は、昇降部材(4)に設けられており、
前記昇降部材(4)の先端部に、該昇降部材(4)が前記載置台(1)に近接することによって前記シートを押圧する押圧部材(110)を、弾性部材(120)を介して取り付けると共に、該弾性部材(120)の付勢力によって水平方向に変位する水平移動部材(130)を設け、
前記載置台(1)と前記刃受板(3)によるシートの固定が解除されることによって、前記水平移動部材(130)が前記刃受板(3)を回転させる方向に変位するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパンチ。 - 前記水平移動部材(130)は、前記押圧部材(110)の傾斜部(113)を摺動することによって水平方向に移動し、該移動方向に突設されたギア操作部(132)が、前記刃受板(3)を回転させるためのギア(150)を回転させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパンチ。
- 前記ギア操作部(132)による前記ギア(150)への係脱とは異なる位相により、前記刃受板(3)を回転させるためのギア(150)に係脱するよう構成された戻り止め部材(140)を、更に設けたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパンチ。
- 載置台(1)に載置されたシートをパイプ刃(5)で穿孔するパンチ(10)の前記パイプ刃(5)を受ける位置に装着される刃受板(3)であって、表面に、中心部(33)から同一半径上に凸部(32)を設け、穿孔方向に相対移動されたパイプ刃(5)が前記凸部(32)に当接するように、前記パンチ(10)に回転可能に取り付けられる取付部(31)を設けたことを特徴とするパンチの刃受板。
- 前記凸部(32)は、等間隔に設けられた複数の膨出部(34)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のパンチの刃受板。
