Definitions
- the present invention relates to an elevator door departure prevention structure of the elevator, and more particularly, to enhance the door engagement force in the closed state of the elevator door that can prevent the opening of the elevator door by an external force or an accident caused by such opening.
- An elevator door departure prevention structure is provided.
- the boarding door is installed in a place where human contact is easier than in any part of the elevator, and is exposed to mischief and abnormal accidents of the passengers.
- the elevator is provided with the left and right doors (LD, RD) on the board, the connecting plate 400 is connected to the upper left and right doors (LD, RD).
- the shoe 100 is formed below the left and right doors LD and RD, and the seal 200 into which the shoe 100 is inserted and guided is installed at the lower part of the boarding area.
- the left and right doors LD and RD are opened and closed by the operation of the connecting plate 400 by the driving of the landing door device and the guide operation of the shoe 100 and the seal 200.
- the elevator door of the elevator is connected to each other by a wire 300 or the like in the boarding device, the connecting plate 400 provided on the upper left and right doors LD and RD, respectively, so that one door LD is moved.
- the other door RD may also move by receiving a force from the connected wire 300, and accordingly, the left and right doors LD and RD may be opened or closed, or each connection plate 400 may be closed.
- Each drive unit has a structure in which the left and right doors LD and RD are opened or closed. However, when the left and right doors LD and RD are opened or closed in conjunction with each other, or when the doors are opened or closed by driving the doors, the other door RD prevents the door LD from being separated. Doesn't help at all.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the prior art, the problem of the present invention is to prevent the departure of the boarding door when a certain force is applied to the boarding door without separately reinforcing the rigidity of the elevator boarding door And to provide an elevator door departure prevention structure of the elevator does not interfere with opening and closing of the elevator door.
- Elevator departure door departure prevention structure the seal 200 having the left and right doors (LD, RD), each of which the shoe 100 is installed in the lower portion, and the rail groove 210 into which the shoe 100 is inserted.
- LD left and right doors
- RD rail groove
- cross-sections are formed in a “ ⁇ ” shape, and locking brackets 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 having vertical and horizontal portions are installed.
- the inner wall of the rail groove 210 is provided with a locking groove 212 or the projection 215 is inserted into the front end of the horizontal portion of the locking bracket (21, 22, 23, 24, 25).
- the unnecessary cost incurred to reinforce the strength of each door to prevent the departure of the door by abnormal impact or external force, and reduce the unnecessary cost often caused by the abnormal impact of the user or occupant to the hoistway The effect of preventing the fall accident can be obtained.

- Figures 4 and 5 are a side cross-sectional view and a plan view showing an insertion state of the first embodiment of Figure 3
- 6 and 7 are a side cross-sectional view and a plan view showing a locking state after insertion of the first embodiment of FIG.
- the first embodiment A1 of the present invention includes left and right doors LD and RD provided with shoes 100 at a lower portion thereof, and a rail groove into which the shoes 100 are inserted. It is provided with a seal 200 having a 210, the lower end of the left and right doors (LD, RD) is formed in the shape of the cross-section " ⁇ " shaped locking bracket 21 having a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, The inner groove of the rail groove 210 is formed with a locking groove 212 is inserted into the front end of the horizontal portion of the locking bracket (21).
- the shoe 100 is a substantially rectangular metal plate formed at the bottom of the left and right doors LD and RD, and a stepped portion is formed at the bottom thereof to prevent separation.
- the seal 200 is a guide member having a predetermined length having a rail groove 210 into which the lower step of the shoe 100 is inserted.
- the shoe 100 moves along the rail groove 210 of the seal 200 during the opening and closing operation of the left and right doors LD and RD.
- the locking bracket 21 is formed of a metal plate material having a " ⁇ " shape having a predetermined thickness attached to the lower ends of the left and right doors LD and RD.
- a locking groove 212 into which the leading end of the locking bracket 21 is inserted is formed on the inner wall of the rail groove 210.
- the vertical portion of the locking bracket 21 is preferably located in the center of the shoe 100, as shown in Figure 6, if it is so positioned after inserting the locking bracket 21 into the rail groove 210 By rotating 90 °, the leading end of the locking bracket 21 can be easily inserted into the locking groove 212. In this way, the locking bracket 21 can be fixed to the doors LD and RD by fastening the bolt 300 to the vertical portion.
- the horizontal portion of the locking bracket 21 is preferably formed such that the length of the vertical side (a) is longer than the length of the horizontal side (b), up to the locking groove 212 of the rail groove 210
- the length c is preferably formed longer than the length of the longitudinal side (a). Accordingly, each length is preferably in the order of c> a> b.
- the locking bracket 21 has a " ⁇ " shape, a “ ⁇ ” shape, a “ ⁇ ” shape, in addition to the " ⁇ ” shape, so that its tip is caught by the locking groove 212. It may be formed in any one shape.
