前記駆動手段によって、前記内側施療子と前記外側施療子との間の左右方向の離隔距離を変更可能に構成されており、更に、左右の前記内側施療子及び前記外側施療子を夫々支持すると共に、前記駆動手段により軸芯回りに回転する第1支持シャフトを更に備え、該第1支持シャフトは、アームを介して前記内側施療子を支持する内側傾斜軸と、アームを介して前記外側施療子を支持する外側傾斜軸とを有し、前記内側傾斜軸及び前記外側傾斜軸は、前記軸芯に対して互いに異なる角度を有するよう構成されている。
図1乃至図3に示すように、座部2は平面視で矩形状を成しており、矩形状の座面体10(図6参照)の上部に平坦な座クッション11(図6参照)が配設され、これらが基台12の上部に設けられた座フレーム13によって支持された構成となっている。この座クッション11は、ウレタンフォーム、スポンジ、又は発泡スチロール等の内装材が、ポリエステル製の起毛トリコット、合成皮革、又は天然皮革等から成る外装カバーによって覆われることにより構成されている。
図1乃至図3に示すように、座部2には前後左右に並べられた4つのエアセル7aが設けられており、これらのエアセル7aは、合成樹脂製で1つの内部空間を有する扁平な2枚のセルが重畳された構成となっている。そして、後側に設けられた左右のエアセル7aは、給排気装置51(図1参照)からのエアの給排により膨縮し、座部2に着座した被施療者の臀部の左右部分を下方から押し上げるように押圧する。前側に設けられた左右のエアセル7aは、同様に給排気装置51からのエアの給排により膨縮し、座部2に着座した被施療者の大腿部の左右部分を下方から押し上げるように押圧する。また、本実施の形態に係る座面体10は中央部分が左右端より下方に位置するよう凹状に窪んでおり(図6参照)、各エアセル7aは座面体10の上面において左右端から中央部分へ至る傾斜面に配設されている。従って、エアセル7aが膨張すると、被施療者の臀部は、左右から若干挟み込まれるようにして下方から押圧されるようになっている。
図2に示すように、背凭れ部3内には長方形枠状の背フレーム29が収容されており、この背フレーム29に支持されるようにして機械式のマッサージ機構9が設けられている。このマッサージ機構9は上下左右に配された8つの施療子60を有しており(図1も参照)、詳しくは後述するが、この施療子60は駆動手段を成すモータの駆動によって三次元的に動作し、被施療者の上半身の背面に対して揉み、叩き、及び指圧などの様々の押圧施療を施すことが可能になっている。
図5に示すように、本実施の形態に係る椅子型マッサージ機1には座バイブ8(図1も参照)が備えられている。図1に示すように、座バイブ8は、座部2の後部において左右のエアセル7a,7a間に配設されており(図6も参照)、モータの出力軸に偏心重りを取り付けたような公知の構成となっている。そして、制御部50からの指示により座バイブ8が駆動すると、座部2に着座した被施療者の臀部に対して振動刺激を付与可能になっている。
図6は、座部2を左右へ揺動させるための座揺れ機構31の構成を示す斜視図である。図6に示すように、座揺れ機構31は座面体10の下方に設けられており、座面体10の左右の下部には、前後一対の第1リンクロッド32の上端部が前後方向へ軸芯が向けられた第1シャフト32aにより枢支されている。左右の第1リンクロッド32は正面視で下方に開くような姿勢に配設され、その下端部は、前後方向へ軸芯が向けられた第2シャフト32bによって座フレーム13(図1参照)に枢支されている。
図7は、背凭れ部3の起伏動作とフットレスト5の昇降動及び伸縮動との様子を示す側面図であり、(a)は、背凭れ部3が立ち上がり、且つ収縮したフットレスト5が下降した状態を示し、(b)は、背凭れ部3が後傾し、且つ伸長したフットレスト5が上昇した状態を示している。
次に、背凭れ部3内に設けられたマッサージ機構9の構成について詳説する。図8は、マッサージ機構9を前方斜め上方から見たときの外観斜視図であり、図9は、後方斜め上方から見たときの外観斜視図である。また、図10は、マッサージ機構9の一部の構成について分解して示す分解斜視図である。
図15は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す平面図である。図15に示すマッサージ機構9は、内側施療子61a,62aを支持するアーム68に比べて、外側施療子61b,62bを支持するアーム69を長寸にし、外側施療子61b,62bが被施療者の背面側へより突出するように構成されている。座部2に着座した被施療者の上半身の背面Bは、特に前腕がアームレスト4にて支持されてリラックスした状態では、一般に背骨部分B1よりも両脇部分B2の方が前方に位置するよう湾曲しているが、上記のような構成とすることにより、内側施療子61a,62aと外側施療子61b,62bとが被施療者の上半身の背面Bの形状に沿って配置されることとなり、より効果的にマッサージを施すことができる。
図16は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す側面図である。図16に示すマッサージ機構9は、左側の内側施療子61aが有する上側の施療子60aが、左側の外側施療子61bが有する上側の施療子60cよりも上方且つ前方の位置に配設され、図示しないが右側の内側施療子62aが有する上側の施療子60aも右側の外側施療子62bが有する上側の施療子60cより上方且つ前方の位置に配設された構成となっている。また、これらの施療子60aを支持すべく、アーム68は、基部から上側の先端に至る部分が図8に示すマッサージ機構9の構成よりも長寸に形成されている。そして、このような構成により、被施療者の上半身の背面に対し、背骨近傍の部位をより強く押圧することができる。なお、その他の構成については図8等を用いて既に説明したものと同様であるから、その説明は省略する。
図17は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す平面図である。図17に示すマッサージ機構9では、左右の内側施療子61a,62aが、上側の施療子として既に説明した施療子60aに加えてもう1つ施療子60eを備えている。より詳しく説明すると、図8等を用いて既に説明したマッサージ機構9では、アーム68の上側の先端における左右方向の内側面に施療子60aが枢支されているのみであったが、図17に示すマッサージ機構9では、反対側である外側面にも施療子60eが枢支されている。また、これらの施療子60a,60eは、外側施療子60cに比べて小寸法に構成され、特に、厚み寸法が小さくなるように構成されている。
図18は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す図面であり、右半身に対応して設けられた施療子60aと施療子60cとを示している。このうち施療子60aは、回転軸芯101を含む平面により切断したときの断面が略長円形状を成し、且つ図18に示すように円弧部分のうち背骨部分に近接する内側(左側)の円弧102の曲率半径R1が、脇部分に近接する外側(右側)の円弧103の曲率半径R2よりも大きくなるように構成されている。同様に、施療子60cも回転軸芯105を含む平面により切断したときの断面が略長円形状を成し、且つ円弧部分のうち内側(左側)の円弧106の曲率半径R3が外側(右側)の円弧107の曲率半径R4よりも大きくなるように構成されている。更に、図18に示す施療子60a,60cにおいては、各曲率半径R1~R4が、R2≦R4≦R1≦R3という関係を有するように設定されている。
図19は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す側面図である。図19に示すマッサージ機構9は、図8等に示したマッサージ機構9と比較すると、アーム68が2つに分割された如くの構成となっている点が相違している。より詳説すると、図19に示すアーム68は、コンロッド70に枢支される基部から略上方へ延びる上側アーム68aと、同様にコンロッド70に枢支される基部から略下方へ延びる下側アーム68bとで構成されている。そして、上側アーム68aの先端には施療子60aが枢支され、下側アーム68bの先端には施療子60bが枢支されている。
図20は、マッサージ機構9に適用可能な他の構成を示す正面図であり、左右の施療子61,62のみを示してその他の構成は省略している。また、図21は、図20に示すマッサージ機構9が備える左側施療子62の内側施療子62aを示す側面図である。図20に示すマッサージ機構9では、左右の外側施療子61b,62bが夫々有する上下の施療子60c,60dのうち、下側の施療子60dが、その軸芯120dが左右方向から傾斜するようにして設けられている。

Claims (8)
- 被施療者の上半身の背面を支持する背凭れ部内に搭載されるマッサージ機構であって、
被施療者の上半身を背骨の位置で左右に区切ったときの左半身及び右半身の夫々に対応して設けられた内側施療子と、該内側施療子と対を成して該内側施療子よりも左右方向の外側へ離隔して設けられた外側施療子と、これらの施療子を駆動する駆動手段とを備え、
前記駆動手段によって、前記内側施療子と前記外側施療子との間の左右方向の離隔距離を変更可能に構成されており、
更に、左右の前記内側施療子及び前記外側施療子を夫々支持すると共に、前記駆動手段により軸芯回りに回転する第1支持シャフトを更に備え、
該第1支持シャフトは、アームを介して前記内側施療子を支持する内側傾斜軸と、アームを介して前記外側施療子を支持する外側傾斜軸とを有し、前記内側傾斜軸及び前記外側傾斜軸は、前記軸芯に対して互いに異なる角度を有するよう構成されていることを特徴とするマッサージ機構。 - 前記駆動手段は、左右の前記内側施療子の間に配設されており、前記第1支持シャフトは、前記駆動手段から左右方向へ延設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマッサージ機構。
- 対を成す前記内側施療子及び前記外側施療子について、被施療者の上半身の背面側への相対的な突出寸法を変更可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマッサージ機構。
- 対を成す前記内側施療子及び前記外側施療子は、被施療者の上半身の背面側へ交互に移動するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマッサージ機構。
- 前記内側施療子と前記外側施療子とを夫々支持すると共に、前記駆動手段により軸芯回りに回転する第2支持シャフトを更に備え、
該第2支持シャフトは、アームを介して前記内側施療子を支持する内側偏芯軸と、アームを介して前記外側施療子を支持する外側偏芯軸とを有し、前記内側偏芯軸及び前記外側偏芯軸は、前記軸芯に対して偏芯して設けられ、且つ前記軸芯回りの位相が互いに異なるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のマッサージ機構。 - 前記外側施療子は、前記内側施療子に比べて被施療者の上半身の背面側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載のマッサージ機構。
- 前記外側施療子は、前記内側施療子に比べて寸法が大きくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載のマッサージ機構。
- 前記外側施療子は、前記内側施療子に比べて硬度が小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載のマッサージ機構。
