- the resin molded product 2 is molded into a desired shape of the casing component 1.
- a resin material such as polycarbonate, polyethylene naphthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, triacetyl cellulose, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer can be used.
- the transparent window 4 can be configured integrally with the other part of the resin molded product 2 by a method such as two-color molding.
- the transparent window 4 may be configured by fitting another transparent resin molded body into the opening for the transparent window 4 of the resin molded product 2.
- the mesh sheet 10 has an antenna pattern that is planar and has a light transmittance of 70% or more.
- the mesh sheet 10 is stuck over a wide area of the inner surface of the resin molded product 2 and is also stuck to the inner surfaces of the two-dimensional curved surface portion 5B and the three-dimensional curved surface portion 5C.
- the mesh sheet 10 is closed in a state where the mesh sheet 10 is sandwiched in the mold when the resin molded product 2 is molded, and the molten resin is injected into the cavity of the mold, whereby the surface of the resin molded product 2 is obtained. Can be attached to.
- the mesh sheet 10 sandwiched in the mold may be preformed in a shape along the cavity surface in advance. This preform can be performed by pressing the mesh sheet 10 while heating it using a press device (not shown) for preform.
- the mesh sheet 10 is deformed by the pressing force of the pressing device or the injection pressure of the molten resin, but the deformation amount is particularly large in the portion corresponding to the three-dimensional curved surface portion 5C of the resin molded product 2 as will be described in detail later. Become.
- FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the mesh sheet 10.
- the mesh sheet 10 has a structure in which a metal mesh 13 is laminated on the surface of an insulating support sheet 11 made of a transparent or translucent resin.
- an adhesive 12 made mainly of a thermoplastic resin is used for bonding between the support sheet 11 and the metal mesh 13.
- resin sheets such as polypropylene resin, polycarbonate resin, polyethylene resin, polyamide resin, polyester resin, polyacrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin are used. Can be used.
- the adhesive layer 12 is preferably made of a material that slightly increases plasticity due to heat applied during preforming or injection of molten resin. Specifically, since the mesh sheet 10 is heated to about 180 ° C. at the time of preforming or injection of molten resin, the adhesive layer 12 is made of an acrylic material that increases plasticity at these temperatures. Is preferred. Further, the adhesive layer 12 is slightly reduced to about 30 ⁇ m to 50 ⁇ m so that the mesh sheet 10 is easily deformed when being stuck along the surface of the two-dimensional curved surface portion 5B or the three-dimensional curved surface portion 5C of the resin molded product 2. It is preferable to be thick (usually about 20 ⁇ m).
- the adhesive layer 12 is deformed between the support film 11 and the metal mesh 13 when a stress is applied to the narrow band of the metal mesh 13, causing the relative position of the two to slip, and the metal mesh Thirteen strips can be prevented from being broken.
- the support film 11 is also made of a thermoplastic resin, it is possible to further suppress the breakage of the fine band of the metal mesh 13.
- the metal mesh 13 is formed by forming a fine strip made of metal such as copper, nickel, aluminum, gold, and silver into a fine mesh pattern as will be described in detail later.
- the metal mesh 13 is opaque, since the narrow band is configured to be extremely thin, at first glance, the metal ultrathin band is recognized only as a slight gradation change, and the design property of the resin molded product 2 It is configured so as not to damage. Further, since the metal mesh 13 can be formed along the entire surface of the casing, a relatively wide area can be used as an antenna, and the reception sensitivity can be improved. Furthermore, since it is formed on the three-dimensional curved surface portion 5C, the directivity can be reduced.
- the mesh sheet 10 may be provided also on the transparent window part 4 as shown to FIG. 1A, and may be provided in the part except the transparent window part 4. FIG.
- the metal mesh 13 can be formed, for example, by etching a metal foil having a thickness of about 10 ⁇ m with photo etching or printing resist. It should be noted that if the band width of the thin band of the metal mesh 13 is too large, the design property of the resin molded product 2 is impaired. On the other hand, if the band width is too small, the etching becomes difficult, so that the width is preferably 10 ⁇ m or more and 40 ⁇ m or less. . In addition, if the arrangement pitch of the strips of the metal mesh 13 is too wide, the design of the resin molded product 2 is impaired. On the other hand, if it is too narrow, the etching becomes difficult. It is preferable to do.
- the mesh pattern of the metal mesh 13 is formed by photoetching, for example, the following may be performed.
- a metal foil 13 a is attached to the surface of the support film 11.
- the description of the adhesive layer 12 is omitted.
- a photoresist film (not shown) is formed on the metal foil 13a.
