本发明涉及一种金属网加强塑料板。
背景技术
塑料板是一种家具制造业常用的材料,比如可以用来作制作桌子的面板、椅子的座板和靠背、书架或橱柜的横板竖板隔板、抽屉板等。以塑料为原料制作而成的塑料板则越来越多地被人们所采用,现有技术的塑料板被选用作为上述产品的板材时,一种是采用注塑成形方式来制作,但是,这种结构的塑料板有相当的局限性,对于大尺寸的面板,生产设备要求高,工艺难度大;还有一种是采用吹塑成形方式来制作,这种吹塑板虽外观简洁、易于清洗等特点,但是,塑料成型的厚度较厚,尤其是大尺寸产品,生产周期慢,生产效率低,需要投入大量的设备和模具,生产工艺复杂,致使制作成本无法下降,影响了产品的竞争力。再一种是用吸塑制作,由上下两层吸塑板或多层塑料板组合而成,多层塑料板的结构导致在塑料的用量上较多,并且强度上也有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种强度高的金属网加强塑料板,塑料板壁厚薄,塑料用量少。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种金属网加强塑料板,包括塑料板,还包括金属网,所述金属网支撑在塑料板的下表面,所述塑料板经吸塑成型将所述金属网包紧使塑料板和金属网二者结合为复合结构。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
请参照图1和图2,一种金属网加强塑料板,包括塑料板10和金属网20。塑料板10为挤出片材或挤出后吸塑成形的单体结构,厚度可以是1.0mm或1.1mm或1.2mm等。金属网20为金属丝焊接或编制成的网片。金属网20支撑在塑料板10的下表面,塑料板10上表面放置物品时,金属网20对塑料板10提供刚性支撑,金属网20支撑塑料板10防止塑料板10向下凹陷。
塑料板10和金属网20之间可以不用另外设置连接关系,即金属网20直接支撑在塑料板10底面,当然,二者也可以通过胶水粘结在一起,或者是螺钉锁在一起、金属线绑在一起。但是,优选地,塑料板10和金属网20通过塑料件30连接形成一体结构。
所述塑料件30固定连接在金属网20上,塑料件30的顶面支撑在塑料板10的下表面,最好是塑料件30的顶面与塑料板10的下表面粘结或焊接在一起。优选地,金属网20为金属丝焊接或编制成的网片,塑料件30设置在金属丝交差的位置,也就是金属网的结点处。

所述塑料件的数量是多个并均匀分布在金属网上,塑料件设置在金属网的结点处。
