Claims (27)
- 배터리의 전류, 전압 및 온도를 측정하여, 전류 데이터, 전압 데이터 및 온도 데이터를 얻는 단계;상기 전류 데이터를 적산하여 SOCi(State Of Charge based on current )를 산출하는 단계;상기 전류 데이터, 상기 전압 데이터 및 상기 배터리를 전기회로를 통해 간단하게 표현한 등가회로모델을 이용하여 기전력(OCV: Open Circuit Voltage)을 산출하는 단계;상기 온도 데이터 및 상기 기전력을 이용하여 SOCv(State Of Charge based on voltage)를 산출하는 단계; 및일정 시간 구간 동안 상기 배터리 전류 상태를 판단하여 상기 SOCi 및 SOCv 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 상기 배터리의 SOC를 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기전력을 산출하는 단계는,저역통과 필터(Lowpass filter)를 이용하여 상기 전류 데이터 및 상기 전압 데이터를 필터링하는 단계;필터링된 상기 전류 데이터 및 상기 전압 데이터를 상기 등가회로모델 및 적응 디지털 필터(Adaptive digital filter)에 적용하여 상기 등가회로모델에 이용되는 파라미터를 산출하는 단계; 및상기 파라미터를 이용하여 상기 기전력을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 저역통과 필터는 3차 저역통과 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 등가회로모델은 상기 배터리를 저항(R), 전류(I), 커패시터(C), 단자전압(V: Terminal voltage) 및 상기 기전력(Vo) 파라미터를 이용한 전기회로로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 적응 디지털 필터는 상기 등가회로모델에서 이용되는 파라미터의 값을 계속 갱신하여 구할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 일정 시간 구간 동안 배터리 전류 상태가 저전류 상태이면 상기 SOCv를 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하고, 그 외에는 상기 SOCi를 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템에 있어서 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 일정 시간구간은 20초 내지 60초이고, 상기 저전류의 판단 기준은 2A인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배터리 SOC 측정 방법은 상기 등가회로모델 대신에 상기 등가회로모델의 적분모델을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 일정 시간 구간 동안 상기 배터리 전류 상태를 판단하여 상기 SOCi 및 SOCv 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 상기 배터리의 SOC를 설정하는 단계는,상기 일정 시간 구간 동안 상기 배터리 전류 상태를 판단하여 상기 SOCi 및 SOCv 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 상기 배터리의 타겟(target) SOC를 측정하는 단계;상기 현재시각 타겟 SOC 값과 이전시각 SOC 값의 차인 ΔSOC를 연산하는 단계;상기 ΔSOC를 제1 임계값과 비교하는 단계;상기 비교결과, 상기 ΔSOC가 상기 제1 임계값보다 큰 경우, 상기 현재시각 타겟 SOC를 선정된(predetermined) 알고리즘에 따라 갱신한 후, 상기 갱신된 타켓 SOC를 상기 현재시각에서의 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하는 단계; 및상기 비교결과, 상기 ΔSOC가 상기 제1 임계값보다 크지 않은 경우, 상기 현재시각 타겟 SOC를 상기 현재시각에서의 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1 임계값은 SOC 계산주기 당 SOC의 최대 변화값이고, 전류제한 값에 따라 다양한 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템의 배터리 SOC 측정 방법.

- 제17항에 있어서,상기 배터리 SOC 측정 장치는,저역통과 필터(Lowpass filter)를 이용하여 상기 전류 데이터 및 상기 전압 데이터를 필터링하는 저역통과 필터링부를 더 포함하고,상기 기전력 산출부는 상기 저역통과 필터링부에서 필터링된 상기 전류 데이터 및 상기 전압 데이터를 상기 등가회로모델 및 적응 디지털 필터(Adaptive digital filter)에 적용하여 상기 등가회로모델에 이용되는 파라미터를 산출하고, 상기 파라미터를 이용하여 상기 기전력을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 저역통과 필터는 3차 저역통과 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 등가회로모델은 상기 배터리를 저항(R), 전류(I), 커패시터(C), 단자전압(V: Terminal voltage) 및 상기 기전력(Vo) 파라미터를 이용한 전기회로로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 적응 디지털 필터는 상기 등가회로모델에서 이용되는 파라미터의 값을 계속 갱신하여 구할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 일정 시간 구간 동안 배터리 전류 상태가 저전류 상태이면 상기 SOCv를 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하고, 그 외 에는 상기 SOCi를 상기 배터리의 SOC로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
