Description
本実施形態に係る電圧検出装置Aは、電気自動車(EV:Electric Vehicle)あるいはハイブリッド自動車(HV:Hybrid Vehicle)等の移動車両に搭載され、バッテリBを構成する各電池セルC1〜Cnの電圧状態を監視するものであり、図1に示すように、放電回路H1〜Hn、フィルタ回路F1〜Fn、電圧検出回路D及びマイコンMを備える。なお、電圧検出回路D及びマイコンMは、本実施形態における電圧検出手段を構成する。
コンデンサCd1は、一端が第2の抵抗器Rb1の他端及び電圧検出回路Dの1つの入力端子に接続され、他端がグランドに接続されている。
マイコンMは、図2に示すタイミングチャートに示すように、所定の間隔で各電池セルC1〜Cnの電圧を検出する。すなわち、マイコンMは、予め割り当てられたタイミングで電圧検出回路Dから入力される電圧検出データに基づいて各電池セルC1〜Cnの電圧を取得する。なお、図2に示す電圧検出のタイミングチャートでは、「オン」が電圧を検出しているタイミングを示し、「オフ」が電圧を検出していないタイミングを示している。
上記実施形態では、フィルタ回路F1〜FnとしてRCローパスフィルタ回路を用いたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。RCローパスフィルタ回路以外にも、オペアンプを用いたローパスフィルタ回路やリアクトルとコンデンサとかなるローパスフィルタ回路をフィルタ回路F1〜Fnとして用いる電圧検出装置Aに本発明を適用するようにしてもよい。その際、マイコンMは、オペアンプを用いたローパスフィルタ回路やリアクトルとコンデンサとかなるローパスフィルタ回路の時定数によって決まる時間T1と電圧誤差ΔVとの相関関係に基づいて電圧誤差ΔVを求める。
Claims (2)
- 直列に接続されたスイッチング素子及び抵抗器からなり、バッテリを構成する複数の電池セル各々に並列に接続される放電回路と、前記電池セル毎に設けられ、前記電池セルから入力される電圧に含まれるノイズを除去するフィルタ回路と、前記フィルタ回路によってノイズが除去された各電池セルの電圧を検出する電圧検出手段とを具備する電圧検出装置であって、
前記電圧検出手段は、前記放電回路の前記スイッチング素子がオフ状態になってから前記電池セルの電圧を検出するタイミングまでの時間と前記フィルタ回路の時定数との相関関係に基づいて電圧誤差を求め、前記電池セルの電圧値に前記誤差電圧を加算することによって検出結果を補正することを特徴とする電圧検出装置。 - 前記フィルタ回路は、抵抗器及びコンデンサからなるローパスフィルタ回路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検出装置。
