市販の鎮痒消炎剤(抗ヒスタミン剤、商品名:ムヒS、株式会社池田模範堂社製)を比較例1とした。
アカイエカのメス7、8匹を入れた無菌箱に、被験者の前腕を数分間挿入し、アカイエカに前腕部の少なくとも3箇所以上を吸血させた。数分後、掻痒が大きくなった時点で、以下の各処置を行った。
処置例1:実施例1で得られたかゆみ止めシートを虫刺され部位に貼った。
処置例2:比較例1の鎮痒消炎剤を吸血部の上に適量塗布(局所適用)した。
対照:吸血後、無処置とした。
