Abstract

Selon l'invention, dans une étape de prétraitement avant hydrolyse enzymatique, un traitement alcalin par une solution aqueuse d'hydroxyde est effectué, la solution contenant un hydroxyde étant choisie parmi l'hydroxyde de sodium, l'hydroxyde de potassium et l'hydroxyde de calcium dans une concentration de 0,2-1% en poids, à l'exclusion de 1% en poids.
