Abstract

　酵素加水分解処理前に行う前処理工程において、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム及び水酸化カルシウムのうちいずれか一つの水酸化物を含み濃度を０．２重量％以上１重量％未満とする水酸化物水溶液によりアルカリ処理を行う。
