Abstract

　Dohertyアンプにおいて、carrierアンプ１２とpeakアンプ１３の大きさの比を７倍～１０倍にしたことにより、小さい方のアンプであるcarrierアンプ１２が、信号電力が大きい場合に破壊されてしまうことを防ぐために、信号電力が一定値以上になったら、信号電力をグランドに流すクリッピング回路１４を設ける。
