Abstract

Cette invention concerne un nouveau procédé développé pour produire des boissons gazeuses à partir de plantes comme les boissons Pepsi®, Coca-cola®, Sprite®, etc. Les boissons gazeuses déjà commercialisées sont des eaux gazéifiées sucrées aromatisées. Le nouveau procédé développé concerne des boissons gazeuses à base de plantes destinées aussi aux diabétiques. Sur le marché, des boissons aux fruits et des sodas sont commercialisés qui ne sont pas utiles aux diabétiques. Aucune boisson de phytothérapie n'existe. La plante amla sert à la préparation d'une boisson gazeuse riche en vitamine C naturelle et en propriétés antioxydantes et autres propriétés médicinales. Les propriétés médicinales sont très utiles pour la santé en général. Nellii : boisson gazeuse de phytothérapie 1. Une quantité donnée de Phyllanthus emblica (Emblica officinalis) fraîche, couramment appelée groseille à maquereau indienne, est extraite et lavée avec de l'eau potable propre et fraîchement coulée, avant d'être séchée. 2. Après lavage et séchage des fruits d'amla, ceux-ci sont découpés en petits morceaux et séchés à l'ombre pendant plusieurs semaines ou un mois. 3. Une quantité donnée d'amla séchée est extraite avec de l'eau, filtrée, bouillie et pasteurisée. 4. Du sucre ou des édulcorants sont ensuite ajoutés. 5. Des conservateurs sont ajoutés. 6. Un traitement aux UV est effectué, puis une filtration. 7. S'ensuivent le processus de gazéification et le conditionnement. Cette boisson est bénéfique pour le consommateur à plusieurs titres : elle renferme des médicaments phytothérapeutiques, de la vitamine C naturelle et de nombreux antioxydants. Cette boisson est utile pour le diabétique, l'amla étant conseillée dans la littérature médicale.
