Abstract

　高Δｎ値を有する化合物を含み、均一な配向を得ることができ、且つ反射帯域の広い層を与えうる液晶組成物；並びに反射帯域が広く、均一な光学特性を有し、且つ簡便に製造しうる円偏光分離シート、及び当該円偏光分離シートの用途を提供する。Δｎが０．１８以上の特定構造の重合性液晶化合物（ｉ）と、Δｎが０．１８以上の特定構造の重合性化合物（ｉｉ）と、重合性キラル化合物と、光重合開始剤とを含有することを特徴とする液晶組成物；それを硬化してなる円偏光分離シート及びその製造方法；前記円偏光分離シート及び位相差フィルムを備える輝度向上フィルム；並びに前記輝度向上フィルムを備える液晶表示装置。
