Abstract

本発明は、油分を含有する製鉄所ダストを用いながら、過度にブリケットの製造能力を減少させることなく、十分な強度をもつ炭材内装ブリケットを製造することが可能な製造方法を提供することを目的とする。この方法は、油分を含有する製鉄所ダストに少なくとも炭材とバインダとを添加し混合して粉状混合物とすることと、この粉状混合物を加圧ロールを用いて圧縮成形することによりブリケットを生成することと、前記粉状混合物における油分含有量の増減を認識し、その油分含有量が増えるほど前記加圧ロールの回転速度を低くするように当該回転速度を調整することと、を含む。
