Abstract

 本発明は、活性炭を使うことによって炭素数6以下で2以上の含フッ素化合物の形態を変えることなく高度に吸着させることが出来る吸着プロセスと、活性炭から脱着させることにより活性炭と吸着物質の再利用を可能にする脱着プロセスを提供する。本発明において、炭素数6以下で2以上の含フッ素化合物を含有した液と活性炭とを接触させることにより含フッ素化合物を活性炭に吸着させ、含フッ素化合物含有量の低い液を得る。含フッ素化合物を吸着した活性炭を加熱して、含フッ素化合物を活性炭から脱着する。
