- the proposed ultrasonic device for injection of plastic micro-pieces comprises, in combination: a) at least one molding cavity 31 configured in a mold M with an inlet 16 for feeding plastic material to a chamber 32 with a access opening 33 facing the cavity 31 by an end distal to its opening, said entrance 16 forming a lateral access to the chamber 32 which leads to a point distanced from the access opening 33; b) an ultrasonic vibration element 1 which acts as a plasticizer unit and comprises a cantilever supported sonotrode and associated with an ultrasonic generator, with an end portion the set or tip inserted adjusted (with a minimum clearance) and axially centered on the cavity 31, through its access opening; c) movement means for generating a relative displacement between the end portion and said parts of the mold M so that said portion interferes with the plastic material P fed and exerts on it a pressure of predetermined magnitude, at the time when activates said ultrasonic vibration element.
- said molding cavity 31 is formed between a first mobile part 18 in a double linear forward and reverse stroke, and a second part 17 of a mold M, this second part 17 being associated by means of a series of springs and guides to a plate 10 fixed to the injection machine or press, and said chamber 32 being configured in this second part.
- a first part 18 of the mold M is movable with respect to said second part 17 carrying the chamber 32 to adopt at least two positions, a first position in which the entrance to the cavity 31 or cavities of the mold M is not connected to the exit of the chamber 32 and a second position where said communication exists.
