Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a setting time, speed up a molding cycle and stabilize an injection pressure by a method wherein thermosetting resin is heated uniformly to a maximum temperature by a supersonic wave. CONSTITUTION:A rotary dosing device 23 having a recessed portion 24 is rotated to throw a constant amount of thermosetting resin 25 into a cylinder 2. A piston 8 is operated and a plunger 3 is moved forward to pressurize the thermosetting resin in the cylinder 2. A supersonic wave generating device 18 is activated and a supersonic vibrotor 20 is energized to plasticize the thermosetting resin in the cylinder by ultrasonic heating. The resin can be heated uniformly to a maximum temperature, therefore, a setting time of the resin in an injection molding mold may be reduced and a molding cycle may be sped up.
