Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten molding cycle time by providing a melted resin pushing unit for a metal or nozzles which prepare a hot runner or a insulated runner for mutiple gates or multiple moldings. CONSTITUTION:In a metal mold with a hot runner 12 melted resin is filled in a cavity 15 by a pushing cylinder 16 and then a plunger 17 is put forward and pressure is kept. A plunger 24 may be provided which can be set forward or backward by a pushing hydraulic cylinder 23 keeping a clearance in such a level as leakage of resin does not occur in an injection melding machine part viz. in a resin passage 22 of a nozzle part 21. Necessary pressure can be kept by a pushing mechanism other than screws for resin filling or plasticization or plungers. Plasticization as well as maintenance of pressure can be made. The cycle time for injection molding can be shortened.
