Abstract

 一般的な保存料の安息香酸塩を使用することなく安全性及び保存安定性の優れたクロレラ抽出物含有物を提供する。  クロレラ抽出物を主成分とする飲用水性液体に対して、乾燥重量において、クロレラ抽出物に対し0.020-1.63重量%の唐辛子抽出物を含有するクロレラ抽出物含有物。このクロレラ抽出物含有物は、クロレラ含有飲料あるいはクロレラ含有食品添加物に用いられる。  クロレラ抽出物を主成分とする飲用水性液体に対して、乾燥重量において、クロレラ抽出物に対し0.020-1.63重量%の唐辛子抽出物を添加することを含むクロレラ抽出物含有物の保存安定性向上法。
