<第 1実施例 >
図 1を参照して、 この第 1実施例の携帯通信端末 10は、 キー入力装置 26を含 む。 キー入力装置 26によって発呼操作が行われると、 CPU22は、 CDMA方 式に対応する無線通信回路 14を制御して発呼信号を出力する。 出力された発呼信 号は、 アンテナ 12から放出され、 基地局を含む移動通信網を経て通話相手の電話 機に送信される。 通話相手が着呼操作を行うと、 通話可能状態が確立される。
通話可能状態に移行した後にキー入力装置 26によって通話終了操作が行われる と、 CPU22は、 無線通信回路 14を制御して、 通話相手に通話終了信号を送信 する。 通話終了信号の送信後、 CPU 22は、 通話処理を終了する。 先に通話相手 から通話終了信号を受信した場合も、 CPU22は、 通話処理を終了する。 また、 通話相手によらず、 移動通信網から通話終了信号を受信した場合も、 CPU22は 通話処理を終了する。
システム全体が起動している状態で通話相手からの発呼信号がアンテナ 12によ つて捉えられると、 無線通信回路 14は、 着信を CPU 22に通知する。 CPU 2 2は、 着信通知に記述された発信元情報をメイン LCDモニタ 32から出力し、 図 示しない着信通知用のスピーカから着信音を出力する。 キ一入力装置 26によって 着呼操作が行われると、 通話可能状態が確立される。
通話可能状態では、 次のような処理が実行される。 通話相手から送られてきた変 調音声信号 (高周波信号) は、 アンテナ 1 2によって捉えられる。 捉えられた変調 音声信号は、 無線通信回路 1 4によって復調処理および復号処理を施される。 これ によって得られた受話音声信号は、 スピーカ 1 8から出力される。
マイクロフォン 1 6によって取り込まれた送話音声信号は、 無線通信回路 1 4に よって符号化処理および変調処理を施される。 これによつて生成された変調音声信 号は、 上述と同様、 アンテナ 1 2を利用して通話相手に送信される。
フェリ力回路 2 4は、 "Fel iCa" (登録商標)と呼ばれる非接触 I Cカード技術に基 づいて構成された近距離無線通信回路であり、 近距離無線通信するためのアンテナ 2 4 aを備える。 キー入力装置 2 6によってフェリ力モードが選択された状態でァ ンテナ 2 4 aとリーダ Zライタ(図示せず)とを近接させることで、 近距離無線通信 が行われる。
磁気センサ 2 8は、 磁力 3 0の磁気を検出し、 検出した磁気の強度によって 0 - 2 5 5の値を出力する。
図 2 (A) -図 2 (C)を参照して、 携帯通信端末 1 0は、 各々が板状に形成された ケース C 1および C 2を有する。 ケース C 1およびケース C 2の厚みは略同じであ る。 フェリ力回路 2 4は、 アンテナ 2 4 aがケース C 2の下面において良好な受信 感度が確保されるように、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。 キー入力装置 2 6は、 操作キ 一群がケース C 1の上面およびケース C 2の上面に露出するようにケース C 1およ びケース C 2に取り付けられる。 磁気センサ 2 8はケース C 2に内蔵される。 磁石 3 0は、 図 2 (A)の状態の場合に、 磁気センサ 2 8と一番近い状態になるように、 ケース C 1に内蔵される。 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2はモニタ画面がケース C 1の上 面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。
つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2はケース C 1の上面に取り付けられ、 磁石 3 0 はケース C 1に内蔵される。 また、 磁気センサ 2 8はケ一ス C 2に内蔵され、 フエ リカ回路 2 4はケース C 2に内蔵される。 そして、 キー入力装置 2 6は操作キー群 がケース C 1およびケース C 2の上面に取り付けられる。
スライド機構 S Lは、 ケース C 1の下面の幅方向両端およびケース C 2の上面の 幅方向両端に設けられる。 つまり、 ケース C 1は、 ケース C 2の上に積層された状 態でケース C 2の長さ方向にスライドできる。 また、 スライド機構 S Lは、 スライ ドをバネ機構によってアシストするスライドアシスト機構 (図示せず)を含む。
磁気センサ 2 8は、 図 2 (A)に示す状態では最大値である 2 5 5を出力し、 図 2 (B)および図 2 (C)に示す状態では最小値である 0を出力する。 そして、 磁気セン サ 2 8の出力値は、 図 2 (A)から図 2 (B)および図 2 (C)にスライドすると、 スラ イド量に応じて小さくなる。 つまり、 図 2 (A)に示す閉状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8 が最大値を出力し、 図 2 (B)および図 2 (C)に示す開状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8が 最小値を出力する。
C P U 2 2は、 磁力センサ 2 8の出力値と閾値とを比較することによって、 開状 態と閉状態との切り替え処理を行う。 閾値は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲 内にアンテナ 2 4 aの位置が収まる限界位置までスライドした時の、 磁力センサ 2 8の出力値とする。 例えば、 閾値が 1 2 8である場合は、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値 が最大値である 2 5 5から 1 2 8までは閉状態とし、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が 1 2 7から最小値である 0までは開状態とする。
上述のように、 フェリ力回路 2 4は、 アンテナ 2 4 aがケース C 2の下面におい て良好な受信感度が確保されるように、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。 したがって、 フ エリカ回路 2 4を利用した近距離無線通信は、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ/ライ夕 に近接させることで行われる。 しかし、 使用者は、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ/ラ イタに近接させるときに、 アンテナ 2 4 aの位置を認識できない。
そこで、 フェリ力回路 2 4を利用した近距離無線通信をする場合に、 ケース C 1 の上面に取り付けられたメイン L C D 3 2に、 ケース C 2に内蔵されたアンテナ 2 4 aの位置を表示するようにしている。
具体的には、 図 2 (A) -図 2 (C)および図 3 (A) -図 3 (C)を参照して、 アシス トマーク 3 6は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置、 または フェリ力回路 2 4が内蔵されるケース C 2に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置を示す。 模式図 3 8は、 ケース C 2の上面に取り付けられたキー入力装置 2 6の操作キ一群 を模式的に表す。
図 2 (A)に示す閉状態では、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている ケース C 2の下面の裏側面は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2が取り付けられるケース C 1の上面とみなす。 したがって、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲には、 アンテ ナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれる。 よって、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 メイン L C Dモ 二夕 3 2の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置にアシストマーク 3 6を表示す る。 ここで、閉状態でメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示する表示例を図 3 (A)に示す。 つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示されるアシストマーク 3 6の裏側には、 アンテナ 2 4 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示さ れたアシストマーク 3 6の位置とリーダ/ /ライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ Zラ イタに近接させればよい。
図 2 (B)および図 2 (C)に示す開状態では、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に 確保されているケース C 2の下面の裏側面は、 ケース C 2の上面となる。 したがつ て、メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲には、アンテナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれない。 よって、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 ケース C 2の上面の模式図 3 8を表示し、 さ らに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 3 6を表 示する。 ここで、 開状態でメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示する表示例を図 3 (B)に 示す。
つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示される模式図 3 8に対応するケース C 2 の上面の裏側には、 アンテナ 2 4 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン L C D モニタ 3 2に表示された模式図 3 8に対応するケース C 2の上面において、 アシス トマーク 3 6が示す位置とリーダ Zライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受 信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ ^ /ライタに 近接させればよい。
また、 C P U 2 2は、 閉状態かつ磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が変化した場合に、 磁 気センサ 2 8の出力値からメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置 の変化を検出し、 検出結果に基づいてアシストマーク 3 6を移動させる。 例えば、 連続的に磁気センサ 2 8の値が変化する場合に、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対する アンテナ 2 4 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシストマーク 3 6は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2にアニメ一シヨンのように表示される。
つまり、 C P U 2 2は、 図 2 (A)の状態から図 2 (C)の状態になるようにスライ ドする場合に、 閉状態では図 3 (C)に示す表示例のように、 点線で描かれたアシス トマーク 3 6の位置から実線で描かれたアシストマ一ク 3 6の位置まで段階的に移 動させる。 そして、 使用者は、 段階的に移動したアシストマーク 3 6の位置に対応 して、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示されたアシストマ一ク 3 6の位置とリーダ Z ライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ /ライ夕に近接させればよい。
C P U 2 2は、 図 4に示すフェリ力モード制御タスクおよび図 5に示すアシスト 制御タスクを含む複数のタスクを並列的に実行する。 なお、 これらのタスクに対応 する制御プログラムはフラッシュメモリ 2 0に記憶され、 さらに図 3 (A) -図 3 (C)に示す アシストマーク 3 6および模式図 3 8の画像データは、 フラッシュメモ リ 2 0に記憶され、 アシスト制御タスクの処理に応じて、 フラッシュメモリ 2 0か ら読み出される。
まず、 フェリ力モード制御タスクについて説明する。 図 4を参照して、 ステップ S 1では、 キー入力装置 2 6上でフェリ力モード起動操作が行われたか否かを判定 する。 ここで Y E Sであれば、 フェリ力回路 2 4をオンすることが可能な状態にす るため、 ステップ S 3に進み、 アシスト制御タスクを起動する。 ここで、 N Oであ れば、 ステップ S 1に戻り、 キー入力装置 2 6上でフェリ力モード起動操作が行わ れるまで、 ステップ S 1の処理を繰り返す。 続いてステップ S 5では、 フェリ力回 路 2 4を利用した近距離無線通信が行えるように、 フェリ力回路 2 4をオンする。 さらに続いてステップ S 7では、 フェリ力モード停止操作がキー入力装置 2 6上で 行われたか否かを判定する。 ここで N Oであれば、 フェリ力モード停止操作がキー 入力装置 2 6上で行われるまで、 ステップ S 7の処理を繰り返し行う。 ここで Y E Sであれば、 フェリ力回路 2 4を利用した近距離無線通信を終了するために、 ステ ップ S 9に進み、 フェリ力回路 2 4をオフする。 続いてステップ S 1 1では、 フエ リカ回路 2 4を利用した近距離無線通信を終了しているため、 アシスト制御タスク を終了してからステップ S 1に戻る。
次に、 アシスト制御タスクについて説明する。 図 5を参照して、 ステップ S 1 3 では、磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が閾値以上か否かを判定する。 ここで NOであれば、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が閾値以下の状態のため、 図 2 (B)および図 2 (C)に示す 開状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 1 5に進み、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 ケー ス C 2の上面の模式図 3 8を表示させ、 ケース C 2の上面に対するァンテナ 2 4 a の位置でアシストマーク 3 6を表示させる。 続いてステップ S 1 7では、 磁気セン サ 2 8の出力値が変化したか否かを判定する。 ここで YE Sであれば、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力が閾値以上か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 1 3に戻る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S I 5に戻り、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ケース C 2の 上面の模式図 38を表示させ、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置で アシストマーク 36を表示させ続ける。
また、 ステップ S 13で YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が閾値以上の 状態のため、 図 2 (A)に示す閉状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 19に進み、 磁気 センサ 28の出力値からメイン LCDモニタ 32に対するフェリ力回路 24の位置 を特定する。 続いてステップ S 21では、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ステップ S 19で特定したフェリ力回路 24の位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。
さらに続いてステップ S 23では、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化したか否かを 判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力が閾値以上か否かを再判 定するために、.ステップ S 13に戻る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S 19に戻 り、 ステップ S 19— S 21の処理を繰り返すため、 ステップ S 19で特定したフ エリカ回路 24の位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示させ続ける。
また、 閉状態である場合に、 ケース C 2に対してケース C 1がスライドすると、 ステップ S 13およびステップ S 19 -S 23の処理を繰り返す。 そのため、 メイ ン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシス トマ一ク 36は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32にアニメーションのように表示される。 以上の説明から分かるように、 ケース C 1およびケース C 2の各々は、 板状に形 成される。 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 ケース C 1の上面に取り付けられる。 フエ リカ回路 24およびアンテナ 24 aは、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。 スライド機構 S Lは、 ケース C 2に対するケース C 1の状態を遷移可能にケース C 1とケース C 2 とを連結する。 磁気センサ 28は、 ケース C 2に対するケース C 1の状態を検知す る。 ステップ S 13の処理は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲にアンテナ 24 aが含まれるか否かを判定する。 ステップ S 13の判定が YESであれば、 ステツ プ S 15の処理は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に対する アンテナ 24 aの位置を示すアシストマーク 36を表示させる。 ステップ S 13の 判定が NOであれば、 ステップ S 21の処理は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ケ一 ス C 2の上面の模式図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテ ナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示させる。 よって、 フェリ力回路 24が リーダ Zライタとの近距離無線通信を行うときに、 アンテナの位置が明確に認識で さる。
なお、 この第 1実施例では、 スライド機構 SLを採用しているが、 第 2実施例と して、 スライド機構 SLに代えて図 6 (A) -図 6 (D)に示す回転機構 Kを採用して もよい。
また、第 3実施例として、スライド機構 SLにかえて代えて、図 8 (A) -図 8 (C), 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C), 図 10および図 12 (A) -図 12 (B)に示すヒンジ機構 H 1 またはヒンジ機構 H2を採用してもよい。 さらに、 第 4実施例として、 スライド機 構 S Lにかえて代えて、 図 15 (A) -図 15 (C)に示す回転機構 Kおよびヒンジ機 構 H 2を同時に採用してアシストしてもよい。 そして、 第 5実施例として、 図 19 (A) -図 19 (C)に示すケース C 1のみのストレートタイプの携帯通信端末 10で アシスト制御タスクの処理を行ってもよい。
次に、第 2実施例, 第 3実施例, 第 4実施例および第 5実施例について説明する。 <第 2実施例 >
第 2実施例では、 回転機構 Kは、 図 1に示す構成で、 スライド機構 S Lに代えて 採用される。 また、 第 2実施例は、 第 1実施例の説明で使用した図 1の携帯通信端 末 1 0の構成および図 4のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は同じであるため、 第 2実施例の説明ではそれらの図およびその説明を省略する。
図 6 (A) -図 6 (D)を参照して、 フェリ力回路 2 4は、 アンテナ 2 4 aがケース C 2の下面において良好な受信感度が確保されるように、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。 キー入力装置 2 6は操作キー群がケース C 2の上面に露出するように、 ケース C 2 に取り付けられる。 磁気センサ 2 8はケース C 2に内蔵される。 磁石 3 0は、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B)の状態の場合に、 磁気センサ 2 8と一番近い状態になるように、 ケース C 1に内蔵される。 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 モニタ画面がケース C 1の 上面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。
回転機構 Kは、 ケース C 2の外面の長さ方向一方寄りに、 回転機構として形成さ れる。 ケース C 1は長さ方向一方寄りの下面において回転機構 Kと結合される。 ま た、 回転機構 は、 ケース C 1をケース C 2の上に積層した状態で、 ケース C 2の 上面に対して垂直な軸 A X 1を基準としてケース C 1を 0度- 3 6 0度の範囲で回 転させる。 よって、 ケース C 1は、 ケース C 2に対して図 6 (A) -図 6 (D)に示す 姿勢をとることができる。
磁気センサ 2 8は、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B )に示す状態では最大値である 2 5 5 を出力し、 図 6 (D)に示す状態では最小値である 0を出力する。 また、 図 6 ( C)に 示す状態では、磁気センサ 2 8は、最小値を出力しないが開状態とみなす。そして、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値は、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B )から図 6 (D)に回転すると、 回転量に応じて小さくなる。 つまり、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B )に示す閉状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8が最大値を出力し、 図 6 (D)に示す開状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8が 最小値を出力する。
第 2実施例では、 C P U 2 2の開状態と閉状態との切り替え処理における閾値は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲内にアンテナ 2 4 aの位置が収まる限界位置ま で回転した時の、 磁力センサ 2 8の出力値とする。
図 6 (A) -図 6 (D)および図 3 (A) -図 3 (B )を参照して、 第 2実施例では模式 図 3 8は、 ケース C 2の上面に取り付けられたキー入力装置 2 6の操作キ一群を模 式的に表す。
図 6 (A)および図 6 (B )に示す閉状態では、 アンテナ 2 4 aが内蔵されるケース C 2の下面の裏側面は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2が取り付けられるケース C 1の上 面とみなす。 したがって、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲には、 アンテナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれる。 よって、 第 1実施例と同様に、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマー ク 3 6を表示する。
つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示されるアシストマーク 3 6の裏側には、 アンテナ 2 4 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示さ れたアシストマーク 3 6の位置とリーダ ライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ/ラ イタに近接させればよい。
図 6 (C)および図 6 (D)に示す開状態では、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に 確保されているケース C 2の下面の裏側面は、 ケース C 2の上面となる。 したがつ て、メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲には、アンテナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれない。 よって、 第 1実施例と同様に、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 ケース C 2の上面の模 式図 3 8を表示し、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマ ーク 3 6を表示する。
つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示される模式図 3 8に対応するケ一ス C 2 の上面の裏側には、 アンテナ 2 4 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン L C D モニタ 3 2に表示された模式図 3 8に対応するケース C 2の上面において、 アシス トマ一ク 3 6が示す位置とリーダ Zライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受 信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリーダ//ライタに 近接させればよい。
また、 C P U 2 2は、 閉状態かつ磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が変化した場合に、 磁 気センサ 2 8の出力値からメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置 の変化を検出し、 検出結果に基づいてアシストマーク 3 6を移動させる。 例えば、 連続的に磁気センサ 2 8の値が変化する場合に、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対する アンテナ 2 4 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシストマーク 3 6は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2にアニメーションのように表示される。
つまり、 C P U 2 2は、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B)の状態から図 6 (C)および図 6 (D)の状態になるように回転する場合に、 閉状態ではアシストマーク 3 6の位置を 段階的に移動させる。 そして、 使用者は、 段階的に移動したアシストマーク 3 6の 位置に対応して、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示されたアシストマーク 3 6の位置 とリーダ/ライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保され ている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の下面をリ一ダ Zライタに近接させればよい。
C P U 2 2は、 第 1実施例と同様に、 図 4に示すフェリ力モード制御タスクおよ び図 5に示すアシスト制御タスクを含む複数のタスクを並列的に実行する。 なお、 第 1実施例と同様に、 これらのタスクに対応する制御プログラムはフラッシュメモ リ 2 0に記憶され、 さらに図 3 (A) -図 3 (C)に示す アシストマーク 3 6および模 式図 3 8の画像データは、 フラッシュメモリ 2 0に記憶され、 ァシスト制御タスク の処理に応じて、 フラッシュメモリ 2 0から読み出される。
第 2実施例のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は、 第 1実施例と同じため、 省略 する。 第 2実施例のアシスト制御タスクについて説明する。 図 5を参照して、 ステ ップ S 1 3では、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が閾値以上か否かを判定する。 ここで N 〇であれば、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値が閾値以下の状態のため、 図 6 (C)および図 6 (D)に示す開状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 1 5に進み、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 ケース C 2の上面の模式図 3 8を表示させ、 ケース C 2の上面に対するァ ンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。 続いてステップ S 17で は、磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化したか否かを判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力が閾値以上か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 13に戻 る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S 15に戻り、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ケ ース C 2の上面の模式図 38を表示させ、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させ続ける。
また、 ステップ S 13で YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が閾値以上の 状態のため、 図 6 (A)および図 6 (B)に示す閉状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 1 9に進み、 磁気センサ 28の出力値からメイン LCDモニタ 32に対するフェリ力 回路 24の位置を特定する。 続いてステップ S 21では、 メイン LCDモニタ 32 に、 ステップ S 19で特定したフェリ力回路 24の位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表 示させる。
さらに続いてステップ S 23では、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化したか否かを 判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力が閾値以上か否かを再判 定するために、 ステップ S 13に戻る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S 19に戻 り、 ステップ S 19— S 21の処理を繰り返すため、 ステップ S 19で特定したフ エリカ回路 24の位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させ続ける。
また、 閉状態である場合に、 ケース C 2に対してケース C 1が回転すると、 ステ ップ S 13およびステップ S 19—S 23の処理を繰り返す。 そのため、 メイン L CDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシストマ —ク 36は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32にアニメーションのように表示される。
<第 3実施例 >
第 3実施例では、 ヒンジ機構 HIまたはヒンジ機構 H 2は、 図 7に示す構成で、 スライド機構 SLに代えて採用される。 また、 第 3実施例は、 第 1実施例の説明で 使用した図 4のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は同じであるため、 第 3実施例の 説明では図 4の説明を省略する。
図 7を参照して、 第 3実施例の携帯通信端末 10は、 第 1実施例の携帯通信端末 10に対してサブ LCDモニタ 34をさらに備える。
図 8 (A) -図 8 (C), 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 10を参照して、 図 8 (A) - 図 8 (C)では、 フェリ力回路 24は、 アンテナ 24 aがケース C 1の外側面におい て良好な受信感度が確保されるように、ケース C 1に内蔵され、図 9 (A) -図 9 (C) では、 フェリ力回路 24は、 アンテナ 24 aがケース C 2の外側面において良好な 受信感度が確保されるように、 ケース C2に内蔵される。 キー入力装置 26は操作 キー群がケース C 2の内側面に露出するように、 ケース C2に取り付けられる。 磁 気センサ 28はケース C 2に内蔵される。 磁石 30は、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C)および 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)の状態の場合に、 磁気センサ 28と一番近い状態になるように、 ケース C 1に内蔵される。 メイン LCDモニタ 32はモニタ画面がケース C 2の内 側面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。 サブ LCDモニタ 34はモニ タ画面がケース C 1のメイン LCDモニタ 32が取り付けられる内側面とは反対の 外側面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。 また、 図 8 (A)および図 9 (A)では、 サブ LCDモニタ 34はケース C 1に取り付けられない。
ヒンジ機構 HIは、 ケース C 2の内側面の長さ方向一方寄りに、 ヒンジ機構とし て形成される。 ケース C 1は長さ方向一方端の側面においてヒンジ機構 H 1と結合 される。 また、 ヒンジ機構 HIは、 ケース C1をケース C 2の上に積層した状態で、 ケース C 2の内側面の短辺と平行な軸 AX 2を基準としてケース C 1を可動させる。 つまり、 軸 AX2を基準とした回転により、 ケース C 1とケース C 2とを開閉させ る。 よって、 ケース C 1は、 ケース C 2に対して図 8 (A) -図 8 (C), 図 9 (A) - 図 9 (C)および図 10に示す姿勢をとることができる。
磁気センサ 28は、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C)および図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)に示す状態で は最大値である 255を出力し、 図 10に示す状態では最小値である 0を出力する。 つまり、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C)および図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)に示す閉状態では、 磁気セ ンサ 28が最大値を出力し、 図 10に示す開状態では、 磁気センサ 28が最小値を 出力する。
CPU 22の開状態と閉状態との切り替え処理は、 第 1実施例および第 2実施例 で採用した閾値ではなく、 磁気センサ 28の出力が最大値か否かで判定する。
サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 アシストマ一ク 36, 模式図 38および文字列を表示 することができる。
図 8 (A) -図 8 (C) , 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C) , 図 10および図 3 (A) -図 3 (B)を 参照して、 第 3実施例では模式図 38は、 ケース C 2の内側面に取り付けられたキ 一入力装置 26の操作キー群を模式的に表す。また、図 8 (A)および図 9 (A)では、 サブ LCDモニタ 34はケース C 1に取り付けられていない。
図 8 (A) -図 8 (C)に示す閉状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保 されているケース C 1の外側面の裏側面は、 メイン L C Dモニタ 32が取り付けら れるケース C 1の内側面となる。 したがって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲 には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれる。 しかし、 閉状態ではメイン LCDモニタ 32は表示できない。 よって、 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 ケース 1の外側面に取り 付けられる。 また、 サブ LCDモニタ 34の取り付け位置については、 図 8 (C)に 示す。 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32を確認するように促す文 字列を表示する。 ここで、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の確認を促す文字列の表示例を 図 1 1に示す。 つまり、 使用者は、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に表示された文字列に従 レ 、 図 10に示す開状態にして、 メイン L CDモニタ 32を確認すればよい。
図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)に示す閉状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保 されているケース C 2の外側面の裏側面は、 サブ L CDモニタ 34が取り付けられ るケース C 1の外側面とみなす。 したがって、 サブ LCDモニタ 34の表示範囲に は、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれる。 よって、 図 8 (C)と同様にして、 サブ LC Dモニタ 34は、 ケース 1の外側面に取り付けられる。 また、 サブ LCDモニタ 3 4の取り付け位置については、 図 9 (C)に示す。 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 サブ L CDモニタ 34の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を 表示する。
つまり、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に表示されるアシストマーク 36の裏側には、 ァ ンテナ 24 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に表示された アシストマーク 36の位置とリ一ダ /ライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 24 aの 受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケ一ス C 2の外側面をリーダ/ライ 夕に近接させればよい。
図 10に示す開状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面 によってメイン L CDモニタ 32の表示内容が異なる。
アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面がケース C 1の外側面の場 合には、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されているケース C 1の外側面の 裏 面は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32が取り付けられるケース C 1の内側面となる。 したがって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含 まれる。 よって、 第 1実施例と同様に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 メイン LCD モニタ 32の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示 する。
つまり、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に表示されるアシストマーク 36の裏側には、 アンテナ 24 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に表示さ れたアシストマーク 36の位置とリーダ Zライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 1の外側面をリーダノ ライタに近接させればよい。
アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面がケース C 2の外側面の場 合には、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されているケース C 2の外側面の 裏側面は、 ケース C2の内側面となる。 したがって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表 示範囲には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれない。 よって、 メイン LCDモニタ 3
2は、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示し、 さらに、 ケース C2の内側面に 対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示する。
さらに、 図 10に示す開状態で、 サブ L C Dモニタ 34がケース C 1の外側面に 取り付けられる場合には、 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32を確 認するように促す文字列を表示する。
つまり、 使用者は、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に表示された文字列に従い、 図 10に 示す開状態にして、 メイン LCDモニタ 32を確認すればよい。
図 12 (A)および図 12 (B)を参照して、 ヒンジ機構 H 2は、 軸 AX 2に加えて 軸 AX3を備える。 フェリ力回路 24は、 ケース C 2の外側面において良好な受信 感度が確保されるように、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。
ヒンジ機構 H 2は、 ケース C 1をケース C 2の上に積層した状態でケース C 2の 内側面の短辺と平行な軸 AX 2を基準としてケース C 1を可動させると共に、 軸 A X 2に直交しかつケース C 1の内側面に並行な軸 AX 3を基準としてケ一ス C 1を 回転させる。 つまり、 軸 AX3を基準とした回転により、 ケース C 1の面の向きを 反転させる。 よって、 ケース C 1は、 ケース C 2に対して図 12 (A)および図 12
(B)に示す状態をさらに取ることが可能になる。
ヒンジ機構 H 2を採用する場合に、 磁気センサ 28は、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C), 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 12 (B)に示す状態では最大値である 255を出力し、 図 10および図 12 (A)に示す状態では最小値である 0を出力する。 つまり、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C), 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 12 (B)に示す閉状態では、 磁気セ ンサ 28が最大値を出力し、 図 12 (A)に示す開状態では、 磁気センサ 28が最小 値を出力する。
アシスト制御中の図 12 (A)および図 12 (B)の状態ではサブ LCDモニタ 34 とメイン LCDモニタ 32の表示内容を入れ替えてもよい。
したがって、 図 12 (A)に示す開状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に 確保されている面がケース C 2の外側面の場合には、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が 良好に確保されているケース C 2の外側面の裏側面は、 ケ一ス C 2の内側面となる。 したがって、 サブ LCDモニタ 34の表示範囲に、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれ ない。 よって、 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示 し、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示する。 また、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 サブ LCDモニタ 34を確認 するように促す文字列を表示する。
また、 図 12 (B)に示す閉状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保さ れているケース C 2の外側面の裏側面は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32が取り付けられ るケース C 1の外側面とみなす。 したがって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲 には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれる。 よって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 メ イン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示する。
CPU 22は、 図 4に示すフェリ力モード制御タスクおよび図 13および図 14 に示すアシスト制御タスクを含む複数のタスクを並列的に実行する。 なお、 これら のタスクに対応する制御プログラムはフラッシュメモリ 20に記憶され、 さらに図 3 (A) -図 3 (C)に示すアシストマーク 36および模式図 38の画像デ一夕と、 図 11に示す文字列の文字データとは、 フラッシュメモリ 20に記憶され、 アシスト 制御タスクの処理に応じて、 フラッシュメモリ 20から読み出される。
第 3実施例のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は、 第 1実施例と同じため、 省略 する。 図 13および図 14を参照して、 アシスト制御タスクの処理について説明す る。 ステップ S 25では、 フェリ力回路 24がケース C 1に内蔵されているか否か を判定する。 判定結果は、 図 8 (A) -図 8 (C)および図 10示す状態に対応して Y ESを示し、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C), 図 10および図 12 (A) -図 12 (B)に示す状 態に対応して NOを示す。 ここで、 図 10は、 YESの判定および NOの判定のど ちらにも含まれる。
ステップ S 25で YESであれば、 ステップ S 27に進み、 サブ LCDモニタ 3 4があるか否かを判定する。 判定結果は、 図 8 (B), 図 8 (C)および図 10示す状 態に対応して YESを示し、 図 8(A)および図 10示す状態に対応して NOを示す。 ここで、 図 10は、 YESの判定および NOの判定のどちらにも含まれる。
ステップ S 27で YESであればステップ S 29に進み、 磁気センサ 28の出力 値が最大値か否かを判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 図 8 (B)または図 8 (C)に 示す閉状態のため、 ステップ S 31に進む。 そして、 閉状態ではメイン LCDモニ 夕 32にアシストマーク 36を表示できないと判断する。 ステップ S 29で NOで あれば、 図 10に示す開状態のため、 ステップ S 35に進む。 そして、 メイン LC Dモニタ 32に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシス トマーク 36を表示させる。
さらに、 ステップ S 31またはステップ S 35の処理が完了すれば、 ステップ S 33に進み、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32を確認するように 促す文字列を表示させる。 そして、 ステップ S 33の処理が完了すると、 磁気セン サ 28の出力が最大値か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 29に戻る。
また、 ステップ S 27で NOであれば、 ステップ S 37に進み、 磁気センサ 28 の出力値が最大値か否かを判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 図 8 (A)に示す閉状 態のため、 ステップ S 39に進む。 そして、 閉状態ではメイン LCDモニタ 32に アシストマーク 36を表示できないと判断する。 ステップ S 37で NOであれば、 図 10に示す開状態のため、 ステップ S41に進む。 そして、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示させる。
さらに、 ステップ S 39またはステップ S 41の処理が完了すれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力が最大値か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 37に戻る。
また、 ステップ S 25で NOであれば、 CPU 22はステップ S 43へ進み、 サ ブ LCDモニタ 34があるか否かを判定する。 判定結果は、 図 9 (B), 図 9 (C), 図 10および図 12 (A) -図 12 (B)に示す状態に対応して YESを示し、 図 9 (A)および図 10示す状態に対応して NOを示す。 ここで、 図 10は、 YESの判 定および NOの判定のどちらにも含まれる。
ステップ S 43;r?YESであればステップ S 45に進み、 磁気センサ 28の出力 値が最大値か否かを判定する。 ここで YESであれば、 図 9 (B) -図 9 (C)および 図 12(B)に示す閉状態のため、 ステップ S 47に進む。 そして、 閉状態ではメイ ン LCDモニタ 32およびサブ LCDモニタ 34にアシストマーク 36を表示でき ないと判断する。 続いてステップ S 49では、 図 9 (B) -図 9 (C)に示す状態なら ば、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に対するアンテナ 24 aの位 置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示させる。 図 12 (B) に示す状態ならば、 メイン L C Dモニタ 32に、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシス トマーク 36を表示させる。
ステップ S 45で NOであれば、 図 10および図 12 (A)に示す開状態のため、 ステップ S 51に進む。 そして、 図 10に示す状態ならば、 メイン LCDモニタ 3 2に、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面 に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。 図 12(A) に 示す状態ならば、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表 示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ ーク 36を表示させる。
続いて、 ステップ S 53では、 図 10に示す状態ならば、 サブ LCDモニタ 34 に、メイン LCDモニタ 32を確認するように促す文字列を表示させる。図 12 (A) に示す状態ならば、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4を確認する ように促す文字列を表示させる。
さらに、 ステップ S 4 9またはステップ S 5 3の処理が完了すれば、 磁気センサ
2 8の出力が最大値か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 4 5に戻る。
また、 ステップ S 4 3で NOであれば、 ステップ S 5 5に進み、 磁気センサ 2 8 の出力値が最大値か否かを判定する。 ここで Y E Sであれば、 図 9 (A)に示す閉状 態のため、 ステップ S 5 7に進む。 そして、 閉状態ではメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に アシストマーク 3 6を表示できないと判断する。 ステップ S 5 5で N Oであれば、 図 1 0に示す開状態のため、 ステップ S 5 9に進む。 そして、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 3 8を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側 面に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマーク 3 6を表示させる。 さらに、 ス テツプ S 5 7またはステップ S 5 9の処理が完了すれば、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力が 最大値か否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 5 5に戻る。
なお、 この第 3実施例では、 ヒンジ機構 H Iまたはヒンジ機構 H 2は、 ケース C 2の内側面の長さ方向他方寄りに、 ヒンジ機構として形成され、 さらにケース C 1 は長さ方向他方端の側面においてヒンジ機構 H 1またはヒンジ機構 H 2と結合され てもよい。
<第 4実施例〉
第 4実施例では、 回転機構 Kおよびヒンジ機構 H 2は、 スライド機構 S Lに代え て同時に採用される。 また、 第 4実施例は、 第 1実施例の説明で使用した図 4のフ エリカモード制御タスクの処理, 第 3実施例の説明で使用した図 7の携帯通信端末 1 0の構成, および図 1 1の表示例は同じであるため、 第 4実施例の説明ではそれ らの図およびその説明を省略する。
図 9 (A) -図 9 (C), 図 1 0, 図 1 2 (A) -図 1 2 (B)および図 1 5 (A) -図 1 5 (C)を参照して、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 1 0では、 ヒンジ機構 H Iの代わ りにヒンジ機構 H 2を採用し、 さらに回転機構 Kを備えているとみなす。 そして、 図 1 2 (A) -図 1 2 (B)では、 回転機構 Kをさらに備えているとみなす。 フェリ力 回路 2 4は、 ァンテナ 2 4 aがケース C 2の外側面において良好な受信感度が確保 されるように、 ケース C 2に内蔵される。
キー入力装置 2 6は操作キ一群がケース C 2の内側面に露出するように、 ケース C 2に取り付けられる。 磁気センサ 2 8はケース C 2に内蔵される。 磁石 3 0は、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)の状態の場合に、 磁気センサ 2 8と一番近い状態になるように、 ケース C 1に内蔵される。 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2はモニタ画面がケース C 1の内 側面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。
サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4は、 モニタ画面がケース C 1のメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2が 取り付けられている内側面とは反対の外側面に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付 けられる。 また、 図 9 (A)および図 1 5 (A)では、 サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4はケース C 1に取り付けられない。
回転機構 Kおよびヒンジ機構 H 1は、 ケース C 2の内側面の長さ方向一方寄りに、 回転機構 Kおよびヒンジ機構 H 2を結合された状態で形成される。 また、 ヒンジ機 構 H 2は、 軸 AX 1軸が軸 AX 2軸と軸 AX 3軸との交点と交わるように、 回転機 構 Kと結合される。
ケース C 1は長さ方向一方端の側面においてヒンジ機構 H 2と結合される。 また、 回転機構 Kおよびヒンジ機構 H 2は、 ケース C 1をケース C 2の上に積層した状態 でケース C 1をケース C 2の内側面に対して垂直な軸 AX 1を基準としてケース C 1を 0度- 3 6 0度の範囲で回転させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面の短辺と平行 な軸 AX 2を基準としてケース C 1を可動させると共に、 軸 AX 2に直交しかつケ ース C 1の内側面に並行な軸 AX 3を基準としてケース C 1を回転させる。 つまり、 軸 AX 2を基準とした回転により、 第 1ケースと第 2ケ一スとを開閉させる。 さら に、 軸 AX 3を基準とした回転により、 第 1ケースの面の向きを反転させる。 よつ て、 第 4実施例では、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C), 図 1 0, 図 1 2 (A) -図 1 2 (B)に示 す姿勢に加えて、 図 1 5 (A) -図 1 5 (C)に示す姿勢をさらにとることができる。 磁気センサ 2 8は、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 1 2 (B)に示す状態では最大値 である 2 5 5を出力し、 図 1 0および図 1 2 (A)に示す状態では最小値である 0を 出力する。 つまり、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)および図 1 2 (B)に示す閉状態では、 磁気 センサ 2 8が最大値を出力し、 図 1 2 (A)に示す開状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8が最 小値を出力する。 さらに、 図 1 0 , および図 1 5 (A) -図 1 5 (C)に示す状態では、 磁気センサ 2 8は、 最小値を出力しないが開状態とみなす。
そして、 磁気センサ 2 8の出力値は、 図 9 (B)および図 9 (C)から図 1 2 (A)に 回転すると、 回転量に応じて小さくなる。 開状態と閉状態との切り替え処理におけ る閾値は、 サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4の表示範囲内にフェリ力回路 2 4が収まる限界位 置まで回転した時の、 磁力センサ 2 8の出力値とする。
また、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C)、 図 1 0および図 1 2 (A) -図 1 2 (B)に示す状態で は、 第 3実施例と同様に、 図 3 (A)に示すアシストマーク 3 6、 図 3 (B)に示す模 式図 3 8および図 1 1に示す文字列を表示させる。 また、 フェリ力回路 2 4が図 9 (B)に示す位置に内蔵されている場合に、 アシスト制御中の図 1 2 (C)の状態では サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4およびメイン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示内容を入れ替えてもよ い。
図 1 5 (A) -図 1 5 (C)および図 3 (A) -図 3 (B)を参照して、 第 4実施例では 模式図 3 8は、 ケース C 2の内側面に取り付けられたキー入力装置 2 6の操作キー 群を模式的に表す。
図 1 5 (A)に示す開状態では、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受信感度が良好に確保されてい るケース C 2の外側面の裏側面は、 ケース C 2の内側面となる。 したがって、 メイ ン L C Dモニタ 3 2の表示範囲には、アンテナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれない。よって、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2は、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 3 8を表示し、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマーク 3 6を表示す る。
図 1 5 (B)に示す開状態では、 図 1 5 (A)に示す状態と同様に、 アンテナ 2 4 a の受信感度が良好に確保されているケース C 2の外側面の裏側面は、 ケース C 2の 内側面となる。 したがって、 サブ L C Dモニタ 3 4の表示範囲には、 アンテナ 2 4 aの位置が含まれない。 よって、 サブ LCDモニタ 34は、 ケース C2の内側面の 模式図 38を表示し、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置 でアシストマーク 36を表示する。そして、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、図 15(A) に示す状態と同様に、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示し、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示する。 図 15 (C)に示す開状態では、 図 15 (B)に示す状態と同様に、 メイン LCDモ 二夕 32およびサブ LCDモニタ 34は、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示 し、 さらに、 ケース C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示する。
つまり、 メイン LCDモニタ 32およびサブ LCDモニタ 34に表示される模式 図 38に対応するケース C 2の内側面の裏側には、 アンテナ 24 aが存在する。 そ して、 使用者は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に表示されたアシストマーク 36の位置 とリーダ Zライタとが重なるように、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保され ている面、 例えば、 ケース C 2の外側面をリーダ/ライタに近接させればよい。 また、 CPU22は、 閉状態かつ磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化した場合に、 磁 気センサ 28の出力値からメイン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置 の変化を検出し、 検出結果に基づいてアシストマ一ク 36を移動させる。 例えば、 連続的に磁気センサ 28の値が変化する場合に、 メイン L CDモニタ 32に対する アンテナ 24 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシストマーク 36は、 メイン LC Dモニタ 32にアニメーションのように表示される。
つまり、 CPU 22は、 図 12 (B)の状態から図 10の状態になるように回転す る場合に、 閉状態ではアシストマ一ク 36の位置を段階的に移動させる。 そして、 使用者は、 段階的に移動したアシストマーク 36の位置に対応して、 メイン LCD モニタ 32に表示されたアシストマーク 36の位置とリーダ Zライタとが重なるよ うに、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C2 の外側面をリーダ/ライ夕に近接させればよい。
CPU 22は、 図 4に示すフェリ力モード制御タスクと、 図 16および図 17に 示すアシスト制御タスクとを含む複数のタスクを並列的に実行する。 なお、 これら のタスクに対応する制御プログラムはフラッシュメモリ 20に記憶され、 さらに図 3 (A) -図 3 (C)に示す アシストマーク 36および模式図 38の画像データと、 図 11に示す文字列の文字デー夕とは、 フラッシュメモリ 20に記憶され、 アシスト 制御タスクの処理に応じて、 フラッシュメモリ 20から読み出される。
第 4実施例のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は、 第 1実施例と同じため、 省略 する。
図 16および図 17を参照して、 アシスト制御タスクの処理について説明する。 ステップ S 61では、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が最小または最大値か否かを判定す る。 判定結果は、 図 9 (A) -図 9 (C), 図 10および図 12 (A) -図 12 (B)に示 す状態に対応して YE Sを示し、 図 15 (A) -図 15 (C)に示す状態に対応して N 0を示す。
ステップ S 61で YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値の変ィ匕は、 ヒンジ機 構 H 2によるケース C 1の回転とみなし、 ヒンジ機構 H 2に第 3実施例と同様に、 ステップ 43— S 59の処理をする。 そして、 ステップ S 49またはステップ S 5 3の処理が完了すると、 ステップ S 61に戻る。 さらに、 ステップ S 57またはス テツプ S 59の処理が完了すると、 ステップ S 61に戻る。 また、 ステップ S 61 で NOであれば、 回転機構 Kによるケース C 1の回転とみなし、 ステップ S 63に 進む。 ステップ S 63では、 図 15 (A)および図 15 (B)に示す状態ならば、 メイ ン LCDモニタ 32は、 ケース C 2の内側面の模式図 38を表示し、 さらに、 ケー ス C 2の内側面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示する。 図 15 (C) に示す状態ならば、 サブ L CDモニタ 34に、 ケース C 2の上面の模式 図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でァ シストマーク 36を表示させる。
続いてステップ S 65では、 サブ LCDモニタ 34があるか否かを判定する。 判 定結果は、 図 15 (B)または図 15 (C)に示す状態に対応して YESを示し、 図 1 5 (A)に示す状態に対応して NOを示す。 ステップ S 65で YESであれば、 ステ ップ S 67に進み、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が閾値以上か否かを判定する。 ここで NOであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が閾値以下の状態のため、 図 15 (B)およ び図 15 (C)に示す開状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 69に進み、 図 15 (B)に 示す状態ならば、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に、 ケース C 2の上面の模式図 38を表示 させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一ク 36を表示させる。 図 15 (C) に示す状態ならば、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ケ ース C 2の上面の模式図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアン テナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。
続いてステップ S 71では、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化したか否かを判定す る。 ここで YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が最小または最大値か否かを 再判定するために、 ステップ S 61に戻る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S 69 に戻り、 図 15 (B) に示す状態ならば、 サブ LCDモニタ 34に、 ケース C2の上 面の模式図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの 位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。 図 15(C) に示す状態ならば、 メイン L CDモニタ 32に、 ケース C 2の上面の模式図 38を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 2の上面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させ続ける。 また、 ステップ S 67で YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が閾値以上の 状態のため、 閉状態となる。 そして、 ステップ S 73に進み、 磁気センサ 28の出 力値からメイン LCDモニタ 32に対するフェリ力回路 24の位置を特定する。 続 いてステップ S 75では、 ステップ S 73で特定したフェリ力回路 24の位置に基 づいて、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に、 ステップ S 73で特定したフェリ力回路 24 の位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させる。
さらに続いてステップ S 77では磁気センサ 28の出力値が変化したか否かを判 定する。 ここで YESであれば、 磁気センサ 28の出力値が最小または最大値か否 かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 61に戻る。 ここで NOであれば、 ステップ S 73に戻り、 ステップ S 73— S 77の処理を繰り返すため、 ステップ S 73で特 定したフェリ力回路 24の位置でアシストマーク 36を表示させ続ける。
また、 閉状態である場合に、 ケース C2に対してケース C 1がスライドすると、 ステップ S 67およびステップ S 73-S 77の処理を繰り返す。 そのため、 メイ ン LCDモニタ 32に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置も同様に変化するため、 アシス トマ一ク 36は、 サブ LCDモニタ 34にアニメーションのように表示される。
なお、 第 4実施例では、 特開 2001— 156893または特開 2003— 33 8866のように、 メイン LCDモニタ 32がケース C 1の主側面に対して可動し てもよい。 また、 ヒンジ機構 H 2の代わりにヒンジ機構 HIを用いてもよい。
<第 5実施例 >
第 5実施例では、ストレートタイプの携帯通信端末 10は、図 18に示す構成で、 磁気センサ 28を採用しなくてもよい。 また、 第 5実施例は、 第 1実施例の説明で 使用した図 4のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は同じであるため、 第 5実施例の 説明では図 4の説明を省略する。
図 18を参照して、 第 5実施例の携帯通信端末 10は、 第 1実施例の携帯通信端 末 10に対して磁気センサ 28および磁石 30を含まない。
図 19 (A) -図 19 (C)を参照して、 ケース C 1のみの第 5実施例の携帯通信端 末 10は、 フェリ力回路 24は図 19 (B)または図 19 (C)に示す位置に内蔵され る。 キー入力装置 26は操作キ一群がケース C 1の主面に露出するように、 ケース C 1に取り付けられる。 メイン LCDモニタ 32はモニタ画面がケース C 1の主面 に露出するようにケース C 1に取り付けられる。 フェリ力回路 24は、 アンテナ 2 4 aがケース C 1の他面において良好な受信感度が確保されるように、 ケース C 1 に内蔵される。 '
図 19 (A) -図 19 (C)および図 3 (A) -図 3 (B)を参照して、 模式図 38は、 ケース C 1の主面に取り付けられたキー入力装置 26の操作キ一群を模式的に表す。 図 19 (A)および図 19 (B)に示す状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好 に確保されているケース C 1の他面の裏側面は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32が取り付 けられるケース C 1の主面となる。 したがって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範 囲には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれる。 よって、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマ一 ク 36を表示する。
つまり、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に表示されるアシストマ一ク 36の裏側には、 アンテナ 24 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン LCDモニタ 32に表示さ れたアシストマーク 36の位置とリ一ダノライ夕とが重なるように、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース C 1の他面をリーダ Zラ イタに近接させればよい。
図 19 (A)および図 19 (C)に示す状態では、 アンテナ 24 aの受信感度が良好 に確保されているケース C 1の他面の裏側面は、ケース C 1の主面となる。しかし、 メイン LCDモニタ 32の表示範囲には、 アンテナ 24 aの位置が含まれない。 よ つて、 メイン LCDモニタ 32は、 ケース C 1の主面の模式図 38を表示し、 さら に、 ケース C 1の主面に対するアンテナ 24 aの位置でアシストマーク 36を表示 する。
つまり、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に表示される模式図 3 8に対応するケース C 1 の主面の裏側には、 アンテナ 2 4 aが存在する。 そして、 使用者は、 メイン L C D モニタ 3 2に表示された模式図 3 8に対応するケース C 1の主面において、 アシス トマ一ク 3 6が示す位置とリーダ/ライ夕とが重なるように、 アンテナ 2 4 aの受 信感度が良好に確保されている面、 例えば、 ケース c 1の他面をリーダ zライ夕に 近接させればよい。
C P U 2 2は、 図 4に示すフェリ力モード制御タスクと、 図 2 0に示すアシスト 制御タスクとを含む複数のタスクを並列的に実行する。 なお、 これらのタスクに対 応する制御プログラムはフラッシュメモリ 2 0に記憶され、 さらに図 3 (A)および 図 3 (B)に示すアシストマーク 3 6および模式図 3 8の画像デ一夕は、 フラッシュ メモリ 2 0に記憶され、 アシスト制御タスクの処理に応じて、 フラッシュメモリ 2 0から読み出される。
第 5実施例のフェリ力モード制御タスクの処理は、 第 1実施例と同じため、 省略 する。
図 2 0を参照して、 アシスト制御タスクの処理について説明する。 ステップ S 7 9では、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2にアシストマーク 3 6を表示できるか否かを判定 する。 ここで Y E Sであれば、図 1 9 (A)および図 1 9 (B)に示す状態となるため、 ステップ S 8 1へ進む。 そして、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマーク 3 6を表示させる。
また、 ステップ S 7 9で N Oであれば、 図 1 9 (A)および図 1 9 (C)に示す状態 となるため、 ステップ S 8 3へ進む。 そして、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に、 ケース C 1の主面の模式図 3 8を表示させ、 さらに、 ケース C 1の主面に対するアンテナ 2 4 aの位置でアシストマーク 3 6を表示させる。
ステップ S 8 1またはステップ S 8 3の処理が完了すると、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2にアシストマーク 3 6を表示できるか否かを再判定するために、 ステップ S 7 9へ戻る。
なお、 この第 5実施例では、 キー入力装置 2 6をカーバで隠す、 フリップタイプ の携帯通信端末 1 0で用いてよい。
なお、 第 1実施例-第 5実施例では、 開状態と閉状態との切り替え処理に、 磁気 センサ 2 8および磁石 3 0を採用しているが、 赤外線などを用いた非接触スィツチ や、 メカニカルスィツチを用いた接触スィツチを用いてもよい。
また、 メイン L C Dモニタ 3 2に対するフェリ力回路 2 4の位置の変化を検出す る処理に、 第 2ケースに対する第 1ケースの移動量を検出する移動量センサをさら に備えてもよい。
また、 模式図 3 8は、 ケース C 2の上面としているが、 フェリ力回路 2 4が内蔵 される面によって変更してもよい。
また、 携帯通信端末 1 0の通信方式には、 C DMA方式だけに限らず、 P H S方 式, TDMA方式, W - C DMA方式でもよいことは言うまでもない。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . ケース、
前記ケースに取り付けられた表示装置、
前記ケースに内蔵された近距離無線通信用のアンテナ、 および
前記表示装置に前記アンテナの位置を補助表示させる補助表示手段を備える、 通 1目 术。
2 . 前記表示装置の表示範囲内に前記アンテナの位置が含まれるか否かを判別す る判別手段をさらに備え、
前記補助表示手段は、 前記判別手段の判別結果が肯定的である場合に前記表示装 置に対する前記アンテナの位置を示す第 1アシストマークを補助表示させる第 1補 助表示手段、 および前記判別手段の判別結果が否定的である場合に前記ケースに対 する前記アンテナの位置を示す第 2アシス卜マークを前記表示装置に補助表示させ る第 2補助表示手段を含む、 請求項 1記載の通信端末。
3 . 前記ケ一スは、 第 1ケースのみを含み、
前記表示装置は、 前記第 1ケースの一方主面に取り付けられ、 前記アンテナは、 前記第 1ケースに内蔵される、 請求項 1または 2記載の通信端末。
4. 前記ケ一スは、 第 1ケースおよび第 2ケースを含み、
前記第 2ケースに対する前記第 1ケースの状態を遷移可能に前記第 1ケースと前 記第 2ケースとを連結する連結手段、
前記第 2ケースに対する前記第 1ケースの状態を検知するセンサ、 および 前記センサの出力に基づいて前記ケースに対する前記アンテナの位置を特定する 位置特定手段をさらに備え、
前記判別手段は、 前記位置特定手段によつて特定された位置に基づいて判別を行 う、 請求項 2記載の通信端末。
5 . 前記位置特定手段は、 位置特定処理を繰り返し実行し、
前記第 1補助表示手段は、 前記位置特定手段によって特定された位置の変化に基 づいて前記第 1アシストマークを移動させる、 請求項 4記載の通信端末。
6 . 前記表示装置は、 第 1表示装置を含み、
前記第 1表示装置は、 前記第 1ケースの一方主面に取り付けられ、
前記アンテナは、 前記第 1ケースまたは前記第 2ケースに内蔵される、 請求項 4 または 5記載の通信端末。
7 . 前記表示装置は、 第 2表示装置をさらに含み、
前記第 2表示装置は、 前記第 1ケースの他方主面に取り付けられる、 請求項 6記 載の通信端末。
8 . 前記第 2表示装置に前記第 1表示装置を確認するように促す文字列を表示さ せる文字列表示手段をさらに備える、 請求項 7記載の通信端末。
9 . 前記連結手段は、 前記第 1ケースを前記第 2ケースの上に積層した状態で前 記第 2ケースの主面に対して垂直な 1軸を基準として前記第 1ケースを可動させる 回転機構を含む、 請求項 4ないし 8のいずれかに記載の通信端末。
1 0 . 前記連結手段は、 前記第 1ケースを前記第 2ケースの上に積層した状態で 前記第 1ケースをスライドさせるスライド機構を含む、 請求項 4ないし 8のいずれ かに記載の通信端末。
1 1 . 前記連結手段は、 第 1ケースを第 2ケースの上に積層した状態で、 ヒンジ 軸を基準として前記第 1ケースを可動させるヒンジ機構を含む、 請求項 4ないし 9 のいずれかに記載の通信端末。
1 2 . 前記ヒンジ機構は、 前記第 2ケースの主面の短辺と平行な第 1ヒンジ軸を 基準として前記第 1ケ一スを可動させる第 1ヒンジ機構を含む、 請求項 1 1記載の ; 信端末。
1 3 . 前記ヒンジ機構は、 前記第 1ヒンジ軸に直交しかつ前記第 1ケ一スの長辺 と並行な第 2ヒンジ軸を基準とした回転により前記第 1ケ一スの面の向きを反転さ せる第 2ヒンジ機構をさらに含む、 請求項 1 2記載の通信端末。
