Abstract

合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の素材を予成形し、次いで焼入れを行い成形品を製造するに際し、予成形におけるめっき層の損傷や脱落を抑制し、成形品の表面品質を向上させることができる成形品の製造方法を提供する。質量%で、Feを8%以上25%以下含有し、残部がZn、Alおよび不純物からなるめっき層を有する合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を素材とし、この素材を第1の金型に装入して予成形直前の素材の温度が41°C以上700°C以下の温間領域にて予成形をすることにより予成形品を得る第1工程と、前記予成形品をA1変態点温度以上に加熱する第2工程と、加熱した予成形品をA1変態点温度以上の温度から焼入れを行い、成形品を得る第3工程と、を有することを特徴とする。
