Abstract

Se describen: una hoja de acero delgada que tiene un límite proporcional bajo; y un proceso para producir la hoja de acero delgada. Una hoja de acero rolada en frío, que tiene una composición química que comprende, por % de masa, 0.10% o menos de C, 0.05% o menos de Si, 0.1-1.0% de Mn, 0.05% o menos de P, 0.02% o menos de S, 0.02-0.10% de Al, menos de 0.005% de N y un restante hecho de Fe e impurezas inevitables, se somete a un tratamiento de templado que comprende el calentamiento a una temperatura de templado de 730-850 °C durante 30 s o más y enfriamiento a una temperatura igual o menor a 600 °C a una velocidad de enfriamiento de 5 °C/s o más, produciendo de esta manera una hoja rolada en frío templada que tiene una estructura que se compone principalmente de una fase de ferrita que tiene un diámetro promedio (d) del grano de cristal de 5-30 µm. La hoja rolada en frío templada se somete a un tratamiento de templado usando un rodillo que tiene una rugosidad de superficie (Ra) de 2.0 µm o menos y a una relación de estirado del rolado templado (R) (%) de (0.05-0.20)d (donde d (µm) representa el diámetro promedio del grano de cristal de la hoja delgada rolada en frío templada). De esta manera, puede producirse una hoja de acero delgada rolada en frío que tiene un límite proporcional de 150 MPa o menos. La hoja de acero delgada rolada en frío puede tener, formada en su superficie una capa plateada de zinc fundido, una capa plateada de zinc fundido y aleado o una capa plateada de zinc electrolítica.
