Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de ventilation et de climatisation muni d'une fonction d'ajustement de température par échange thermique et d'une efficacité améliorée de refroidissement/chauffage. Un appareil de ventilation et de climatisation (1A) est pourvu d'un élément d'échange thermique (3A) pour échanger de la chaleur entre de l'air passant à travers un premier trajet d'air d'échange thermique isolé (30a) et de l'air passant à travers un second trajet d'air d'échange thermique (30b) ; un appareil de climatisation par pompe à chaleur (2A) qui effectue une climatisation ; un trajet d'alimentation d'air d'échange thermique (5A) qui fait communiquer le premier trajet d'air d'échange thermique (30a) de l'élément d'échange thermique (3A) avec un second trajet d'air d'échange thermique (30b) à travers l'appareil de climatisation à pompe à chaleur (2A) ; un trajet d'alimentation d'air de non échange thermique (5B) qui dérive le premier trajet d'air d'échange thermique (30a) ; et un registre d'ouverture/fermeture de trajet d'air (54) qui effectue une commutation entre le trajet d'alimentation d'air d'échange thermique (5A) et le trajet d'alimentation d'air de non échange thermique (5B).
