Abstract

1.0~15.0%のSn 、0.5~15.0%のBi 及び0.05 ~5.0%のAg を含有し、Ag とBi はAg-Bi 共晶を形成している、Pb フリーでもPb 含有材料と同等の特性を達成し、かつ摩擦係数が安定したPb フリー銅合金摺動材料。 必要により、0.1~5.0%の Ni、0.02 ~0.2%のP、 及び/又は 0.5~30.0% のZn の少なくとも1種や、平均粒径が 1.5~70μm のFe3P、Fe2P、FeB、NiB 及び/又はAlN を質量百分率で1.0 ~10.0% 含有しても良い。
