Abstract

 新規エポキシ化合物は、下記一般式(I)で表される化合物であり、ベンゾ又はナフトシクロアルカン骨格を有することを特徴とする。 (式中、X、Y及びZは、それぞれ独立して、ハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数1~10のアルキル基、ハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数6~20のアリール基、ハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数7~20のアリールアルキル基、ハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよい炭素原子数2~20の複素環基又はハロゲン原子を表し、kは0~4の数を表し、pは0~8の数を表し、rは0~4の数を表し、nは0~10を表し、xは0~4の数を表し、yは0~4の数を表し、xとyの数の合計は2~4であり、nが0でない時に存在する光学異性体は、どの異性体でもよい。)
