Abstract

 広い弾性域と高いヤング率によってしなやかさとプッシャビリティーを兼ね備え、高融点のプラスチック材料を表面にコーティングしても熱処理の影響を受けにくく、優れた摺動性を備え、先端側基材と基端側芯材との溶接性が優れているガイドワイヤの提供することを課題とする。形状記憶性及び超弾性を有し、実質的にγ相とγ’相との2相からなり、マルテンサイト変態及び逆変態の熱ヒステリシスにおける逆変態終了温度(Af点)とマルテンサイト変態開始温度(Ms点)との差が100°C以下である鉄系合金からなる先端側芯材と、鉄を含む合金からなり前記先端側芯材よりも弾性率が高い基端側芯材とを含み、前記先端側芯材と前記基端側芯材とが溶接にて接合されている芯材を有する、ガイドワイヤによって解決する。
