Abstract

 本発明のガス生成装置は、陽極または陰極のいずれか一方および他方である第1の炭素電極および第2の電極の間に電圧をかけて電解液を電気分解することにより前記第1の炭素電極で第1のガスを生成する。前記第1の炭素電極には、前記電解液を通過せず、一方の面において生成された前記第1のガスを他方の面に選択的に通過する複数の気体微細流路が形成されている。
