L'invention concerne une pièce de vêtement (1), utilisée notamment à des fins de protection et/ou à des fins militaires, par exemple pour une combinaison de protection NBC ou similaire. Cette pièce de vêtement comprend une capuche (2) et un masque de protection respiratoire (3), la capuche (2) présentant un bord de capuche (4) formant une ouverture faciale (5) et le masque de protection respiratoire (3) étant logé dans l'ouverture faciale (5). La pièce de vêtement selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le masque de protection respiratoire (3) est relié de manière permanente à la capuche (2). La pièce de vêtement (1) peut être utilisée sous forme de poncho et/ou avec un autre article vestimentaire.
