Definitions

  • the invention relates to a garment, in particular a glove, a shoe or a headwear, as described in the preambles of claims 1 and 2, and a system for liquid-tight joining of two wearable on a body and to each other adjacent garments, such as glove and sleeves or shoe and trouser leg as described in the preamble of claim 24.
  • garments e.g. Gloves or shoes are known, which are at least partially constructed of waterproof material to protect an enclosed by the garment interior from unwanted liquid entry.
  • connecting devices for liquid-tight coupling of two clothing items are known from the prior art.
  • a glove in particular for motorcyclists, known, which is provided with a wrist of a user enclosing cuff, wherein the cuff is surrounded by another, outer cuff.
  • the outer cuff is pulled over the sleeve part, wherein a liquid which penetrates into the interior space between the inner and outer cuff can be diverted via a recess or opening arranged in the outer cuff.
  • Such a ausgestalteter glove has the disadvantage that the penetration of moisture in the sleeve only at a certain inclination of the hand and the arm - as this is done when steering a motorcycle - can be prevented, but with intensive fluid contact of the entire sleeve and Hand area and at undefined and changing position of the arm water ingress into an interior space over the connection area is readily possible. Furthermore, there is the problem with such a glove that in a sewn connection between the cuff and the glove in this connection region the required tightness against liquid entry without the use of additional sealing elements, such as a glued or welded over the seam seam sealing tape, is not given, because the waterproof functional layer perforated by sewing.
  • a waterproof glove that has a shaft constructed on an outer material and a waterproof cuff tube extending below the shaft. Between the shaft of the cuff tube, a sleeve receptacle is formed into which a lower end portion of a sleeve can be inserted by a garment worn by the user of the glove. A channel bottom formed in the region of a cuff lower edge is sealed against passage of water in the receiving groove into the interior of the glove, wherein an upper length of the cuff tube is dimensioned such that in a position of a glove-clad hand, in which water in the Can gather in the armhole, in the sleeve groove water can not reach the cuff upper edge.
  • the US 6,134,717 A describes a protective clothing for firefighters, rescue men, chemical workers or other vulnerable persons
  • the protective clothing comprises a pair of shoes with shank and pants with leg parts, which encase the legs.
  • the leg parts of the pants have an outer layer which is a moisture barrier and terminate in an outer sock and inner layer which are insulated against cold and end in an inner sock.
  • the protective clothing further comprises cuffs, each cuff being connected to the outer layer of a leg part of the pants which extends further downwards. The cuff deflects water or other liquids that are spilled onto the leg of the pants, thus preventing them from entering the leg-hugging parts of the shoes.
  • the cuffs of the shoes are made of a material that forms a moisture barrier. Each cuff is connected by stitching or gluing with or surrounding the downwardly extending leg portion of the pants and interacts with the upper portion (upper) of the shoes. Each cuff has an inner part and an outer part which adjoins the inner part, with the outer part pointing downwards. The cuffs drain the water so that it can not get to the feet or beinquent modeenden parts of the shoes.
  • the object of the invention is achieved independently by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the advantage resulting from these features lies in the fact that with a very simple construction of the receptacle for another piece of clothing, a transition region with increased and more reliable tightness between two items of clothing is created. Because the receptacle of the glove for the further item of clothing is functionally separate from the lining or at least one material layer of the item of clothing, the respective elements can be designed exclusively for their intended purpose. This means that the at least one material layer of the lining is very fine to the anatomical conditions of users can be adjusted and the wearing comfort of the garment can be optimized in particular with regard to the tactile properties.
  • a sealing functional layer may be very thin, preferably membranous, and flexible, since this is integrated in the layer structure of the glove and is optionally protected by the cover layer and an inner lining layer.
  • the cuff and the cuff of the recording for their intended use - the coupling with the other garment - be designed optimized, the cuff or the membrane may be constructed of a material particularly suitable for this purpose, which is not necessarily required for the lining Characteristics of the garment, such as the preservation of tactile and tactile sensation and freedom of movement.
  • the use of a breathable or sensitive material for the cuff is usually not necessary, so that conventional and proven sealing materials, preferably elastomers such as rubber, can be used as the material for these elements. with which a secure seal of the connection area is ensured and with which mechanical effects or forces, such as an effective tensile stress, can be exploited to reinforce the sealing area.
  • conventional and proven sealing materials preferably elastomers such as rubber
  • mechanical effects or forces such as an effective tensile stress
  • a further, independent solution of the object according to the invention is represented by the features cited in the characterizing part of claim 2, wherein the special fabric, tightly attached to the cover layer configuration of arranged on the outside of the shaft cuff when in use garments, the impurity-tight transition zone between two Garments is designed compact and functional. Due to the fact that the cuff can be positioned in two positions, in the release position of the cuff, on the one hand, the coupling process can be carried out easily and conveniently On the other hand, in the closed position, a high density and reliable connection between the two garments can be achieved.
  • the advantage here is in particular that the receptacle is arranged on the outside or inside of the glove, whereby the cuff for the Ankoppelvorgang with the other garment easily accessible and the cuff is easily adjustable.
  • An embodiment variant according to claim 3 is advantageous, since internal tensile stresses can be generated by the use of a stretchable and elastically restoring material for the cuff and / or the cuff of the first item of clothing and / or the connecting piece of the further item of clothing with a corresponding expansion of the material Elements in the coupling region can be arranged one above the other under mechanical prestressing. By thus acting radial forces between the sleeve and the connector and / or the cuff and the connecting piece of the sealing seat is reinforced in the coupling region.
  • Embodiment variants according to any one of claims 4 or 5 are advantageous because by a separate functional film for inclusion, which is optionally intact or not perforated, the coupling region between the garments is sealed reliably and inexpensively without additional sealing elements.
  • An embodiment of the garment according to claim 6 is advantageous due to the expedient and proven in the prior art construction.
  • a cuff can be used with a small width, which is umtschbar and still has a large contact surface.
  • cuff material can be saved and the length of the cuff course on the shaft, i. Also, the extent of the coupling region, are kept low, whereby the wearing comfort of the garment is hardly limited.
