Definitions
- the invention relates to a garment, in particular a glove, a shoe or a headwear, as described in the preambles of claims 1 and 2, and a system for liquid-tight joining of two wearable on a body and to each other adjacent garments, such as glove and sleeves or shoe and trouser leg as described in the preamble of claim 24.
- garments e.g. Gloves or shoes are known, which are at least partially constructed of waterproof material to protect an enclosed by the garment interior from unwanted liquid entry.
- connecting devices for liquid-tight coupling of two clothing items are known from the prior art.
- a glove in particular for motorcyclists, known, which is provided with a wrist of a user enclosing cuff, wherein the cuff is surrounded by another, outer cuff.
- the outer cuff is pulled over the sleeve part, wherein a liquid which penetrates into the interior space between the inner and outer cuff can be diverted via a recess or opening arranged in the outer cuff.
- Such a ausgestalteter glove has the disadvantage that the penetration of moisture in the sleeve only at a certain inclination of the hand and the arm - as this is done when steering a motorcycle - can be prevented, but with intensive fluid contact of the entire sleeve and Hand area and at undefined and changing position of the arm water ingress into an interior space over the connection area is readily possible. Furthermore, there is the problem with such a glove that in a sewn connection between the cuff and the glove in this connection region the required tightness against liquid entry without the use of additional sealing elements, such as a glued or welded over the seam seam sealing tape, is not given, because the waterproof functional layer perforated by sewing.
- a waterproof glove that has a shaft constructed on an outer material and a waterproof cuff tube extending below the shaft. Between the shaft of the cuff tube, a sleeve receptacle is formed into which a lower end portion of a sleeve can be inserted by a garment worn by the user of the glove. A channel bottom formed in the region of a cuff lower edge is sealed against passage of water in the receiving groove into the interior of the glove, wherein an upper length of the cuff tube is dimensioned such that in a position of a glove-clad hand, in which water in the Can gather in the armhole, in the sleeve groove water can not reach the cuff upper edge.
- the US 6,134,717 A describes a protective clothing for firefighters, rescue men, chemical workers or other vulnerable persons
- the protective clothing comprises a pair of shoes with shank and pants with leg parts, which encase the legs.
- the leg parts of the pants have an outer layer which is a moisture barrier and terminate in an outer sock and inner layer which are insulated against cold and end in an inner sock.
- the protective clothing further comprises cuffs, each cuff being connected to the outer layer of a leg part of the pants which extends further downwards. The cuff deflects water or other liquids that are spilled onto the leg of the pants, thus preventing them from entering the leg-hugging parts of the shoes.
- the cuffs of the shoes are made of a material that forms a moisture barrier. Each cuff is connected by stitching or gluing with or surrounding the downwardly extending leg portion of the pants and interacts with the upper portion (upper) of the shoes. Each cuff has an inner part and an outer part which adjoins the inner part, with the outer part pointing downwards. The cuffs drain the water so that it can not get to the feet or beinquent modeenden parts of the shoes.
- the object of the invention is achieved independently by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the advantage resulting from these features lies in the fact that with a very simple construction of the receptacle for another piece of clothing, a transition region with increased and more reliable tightness between two items of clothing is created. Because the receptacle of the glove for the further item of clothing is functionally separate from the lining or at least one material layer of the item of clothing, the respective elements can be designed exclusively for their intended purpose. This means that the at least one material layer of the lining is very fine to the anatomical conditions of users can be adjusted and the wearing comfort of the garment can be optimized in particular with regard to the tactile properties.
- a sealing functional layer may be very thin, preferably membranous, and flexible, since this is integrated in the layer structure of the glove and is optionally protected by the cover layer and an inner lining layer.
- the cuff and the cuff of the recording for their intended use - the coupling with the other garment - be designed optimized, the cuff or the membrane may be constructed of a material particularly suitable for this purpose, which is not necessarily required for the lining Characteristics of the garment, such as the preservation of tactile and tactile sensation and freedom of movement.
- the use of a breathable or sensitive material for the cuff is usually not necessary, so that conventional and proven sealing materials, preferably elastomers such as rubber, can be used as the material for these elements. with which a secure seal of the connection area is ensured and with which mechanical effects or forces, such as an effective tensile stress, can be exploited to reinforce the sealing area.
- conventional and proven sealing materials preferably elastomers such as rubber
- mechanical effects or forces such as an effective tensile stress
- a further, independent solution of the object according to the invention is represented by the features cited in the characterizing part of claim 2, wherein the special fabric, tightly attached to the cover layer configuration of arranged on the outside of the shaft cuff when in use garments, the impurity-tight transition zone between two Garments is designed compact and functional. Due to the fact that the cuff can be positioned in two positions, in the release position of the cuff, on the one hand, the coupling process can be carried out easily and conveniently On the other hand, in the closed position, a high density and reliable connection between the two garments can be achieved.
- the advantage here is in particular that the receptacle is arranged on the outside or inside of the glove, whereby the cuff for the Ankoppelvorgang with the other garment easily accessible and the cuff is easily adjustable.
- An embodiment variant according to claim 3 is advantageous, since internal tensile stresses can be generated by the use of a stretchable and elastically restoring material for the cuff and / or the cuff of the first item of clothing and / or the connecting piece of the further item of clothing with a corresponding expansion of the material Elements in the coupling region can be arranged one above the other under mechanical prestressing. By thus acting radial forces between the sleeve and the connector and / or the cuff and the connecting piece of the sealing seat is reinforced in the coupling region.
- Embodiment variants according to any one of claims 4 or 5 are advantageous because by a separate functional film for inclusion, which is optionally intact or not perforated, the coupling region between the garments is sealed reliably and inexpensively without additional sealing elements.
- An embodiment of the garment according to claim 6 is advantageous due to the expedient and proven in the prior art construction.
- a cuff can be used with a small width, which is umtschbar and still has a large contact surface.
- cuff material can be saved and the length of the cuff course on the shaft, i. Also, the extent of the coupling region, are kept low, whereby the wearing comfort of the garment is hardly limited.
- inventions described in claim 23 are advantageous because reinforced in the area of the wrist and ankle can come into contact with liquid and close exactly in these areas often two adjacent garments together.

Basically, the sleeve 18 may be attached as a separate part on the outer side 23 of the cover layer 8 and extend substantially parallel over the shaft 15 and extending the cover layer 8 surrounding. However, there is also the possibility that the sleeve 18 in the lining of the garment 1 and the at least one layer of material 4, in particular the cover layer 8, is integrated and the sleeve 18 forms the shaft 15 over its length, in which case the outer surface 23 of the material layer 4 forms the contact surface 30.

There are therefore also all possible embodiments, which are possible by combinations of individual details of the illustrated and described embodiment, the scope of protection.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a garment, in particular a glove, a shoe or a headwear, as described in the preambles of
From the prior art, garments, e.g. Gloves or shoes are known, which are at least partially constructed of waterproof material to protect an enclosed by the garment interior from unwanted liquid entry. Furthermore, connecting devices for liquid-tight coupling of two clothing items are known from the prior art.
Such a ausgestalteter glove has the disadvantage that the penetration of moisture in the sleeve only at a certain inclination of the hand and the arm - as this is done when steering a motorcycle - can be prevented, but with intensive fluid contact of the entire sleeve and Hand area and at undefined and changing position of the arm water ingress into an interior space over the connection area is readily possible.
In such a glove, it is disadvantageous that water can penetrate into the sleeve receiving groove and this water can rise up to a cuff upper edge, which is located on an inside of the sleeve cuff tube. Now is the hand and the arm of a user wearing such a glove, for example, fully under water, a liquid entry into the interior of the sleeve or the glove can not be prevented with certainty. In particular, in the execution of alternating and jerky arm movements by a user under water, which is the case for example in the execution of a dipping or floating movement, in such a glove designed a water ingress into the glove and sleeve interior is likely. For use in applications in which a great freedom of movement or flexibility of the arms is required by a user and at the same time takes place in intensive fluid contact, such a glove is therefore not suitable.
In general, in the previously known from the prior art garments such as gloves, which are coupled to other items of clothing and sealed against an impurity entry, the disadvantage that either a poor wearing comfort and a limited freedom of movement by the use of mechanical connecting devices in large and complicated construction, for example in the form of threaded, snap-in or plug-in connections of two connection rings with the interposition of a sealing element is present or erforderhlhe in some applications Safety against liquid ingress is not achieved if the connection area is formed by thin and flexible layers of material, such as textile fabrics, laminates, membranes, etc.
The cuffs of the shoes are made of a material that forms a moisture barrier. Each cuff is connected by stitching or gluing with or surrounding the downwardly extending leg portion of the pants and interacts with the upper portion (upper) of the shoes. Each cuff has an inner part and an outer part which adjoins the inner part, with the outer part pointing downwards. The cuffs drain the water so that it can not get to the feet or beinkleidkleidenden parts of the shoes.
Especially for persons acting on water or emergency forces there is a demand for couplable pieces of clothing, on the one hand have a high level of comfort and excellent tactile properties and on the other hand ensure great safety against ingress of water in conjunction with other garments. Such a water ingress must be prevented because otherwise there is a significant risk of drowning for a person inadvertently in the water, since the direct water contact with the human body caused by the cold paralysis or feeling dustiness of the body and saving swimming movements or taking rescue Objects, such as swimming tires, etc., are no longer feasible or is. In addition, liquid is absorbed or accumulated inside the glove and the other body clothing of the user, whereby the downforce in the direction of water - and thus the risk of drowning - is reinforced.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages described above in garments, especially gloves, shoes or headgear, and to provide a garment and system with which the security against unwanted foreign material entry, in particular water ingress, can be improved in the interior of the clothing and at the same time the wearing comfort and freedom of movement for a user wearing this garment is not deteriorated.
The object of the invention is achieved independently by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1. The advantage resulting from these features lies in the fact that with a very simple construction of the receptacle for another piece of clothing, a transition region with increased and more reliable tightness between two items of clothing is created. For example, a sealing functional layer may be very thin, preferably membranous, and flexible, since this is integrated in the layer structure of the glove and is optionally protected by the cover layer and an inner lining layer. Thus, the cuff and the cuff of the recording for their intended use - the coupling with the other garment - be designed optimized, the cuff or the membrane may be constructed of a material particularly suitable for this purpose, which is not necessarily required for the lining Characteristics of the garment, such as the preservation of tactile and tactile sensation and freedom of movement. For example, in contrast to the material layers of the garment, the use of a breathable or sensitive material for the cuff is usually not necessary, so that conventional and proven sealing materials, preferably elastomers such as rubber, can be used as the material for these elements. with which a secure seal of the connection area is ensured and with which mechanical effects or forces, such as an effective tensile stress, can be exploited to reinforce the sealing area. On the one hand is thus achieved by the appropriate design of the recording improved sealing of the coupling region between two garments and on the other hand not restricted by the proven structure of at least one layer of material or the lining of the wearer comfort and freedom of movement when wearing the garments. The fact that the functional layer of the garment is not perforated in the region of the receptacle by the attachment, a particularly inexpensive and compact construction of the garment can be achieved because no additional sealing elements for sealing perforations are needed.
A further, independent solution of the object according to the invention is represented by the features cited in the characterizing part of
An embodiment variant according to
Embodiment variants according to any one of claims 4 or 5 are advantageous because by a separate functional film for inclusion, which is optionally intact or not perforated, the coupling region between the garments is sealed reliably and inexpensively without additional sealing elements.
An embodiment of the garment according to claim 6 is advantageous due to the expedient and proven in the prior art construction.
The features according to at least one of claims 7 or 8 are advantageous because a sealed, in particular liquid-tight, contact closure with the connecting piece of the further item of clothing can be established via the contact surfaces.
Of advantage is a variant according to
In
With the reproduced in claim 14 features, it is possible in an advantageous manner that the further garment with the connecting element in the release position of the cuff without much effort on the cuff is fastened and a completely liquid-tight connection by resetting the cuff in the closed position, in which the connector is particularly fully enclosed by the cuff, is guaranteed.
The features of
In
By reproduced in

By the features described in
Of advantage is also a variant according to
The embodiments described in
Another independent solution of the object of the invention is shown in the characterizing part of

The item of clothing 1 according to the invention is not limited to the embodiment variant of a
In principle, it should be ensured with the item of clothing 1 or clothing system according to the invention that a body part of a user is reliably protected against contact with an externally acting foreign substance, in particular water. This is achieved by the sealed construction of the lining of the garment 1 and by a sealed transition zone between two joined
The garment 1 consists of one or more material layer (s) 4, which form a lining and which has an interior 5 for receiving a body part of a user enclose, wherein at least one of these material layers 4 is formed by a sealing functional layer 6. The function layer 6 has the task of penetration of an externally acting or impinging on the item of clothing 1 or impinging foreign material in the by the garment 1; 3 enclosed interior 5 to prevent.
The sealing functional layer 6 is preferably at least liquid-repellent or liquid-tight, in particular waterproof, so that a foreign substance present in the form of a liquid can not penetrate the material layer (s) 4 and thus can not penetrate into the interior of the clothing. The sealing functional layer 6 may also be impermeable or partially permeable to other types of foreign matter or media such that sealing and protection of the interior, e.g. before chemically alkaline or acidic substances, microparticles, gases, odor particles, etc. can take place. In particular, the functional layer 6 can be formed by a microporous layer which is optionally semipermeable. Preferably, the functional layer 6 is formed by a semi-permeable membrane 7 which is impermeable to water and permeable to water vapor, i. breathable, designed.
Depending on the field of application of the item of clothing 1, the functional layer 6 can also be formed by different materials adapted to the sealing determination and / or constructed as a composite element with further layers, for example of textile, leather, or polymer material, of the item of clothing 1 or on another Layer of material 4 be laminated.
Another of the material layers 4 is formed by a cover layer 8 covering the functional layer 6. The cover layer 8 forms the outermost region of the item of clothing 1 and has an
The

Furthermore, below the functional layer 6, a lining layer 14 may be arranged which, for example, is covered by a textile fabric, such as e.g. a woven or knitted fabric. The lining layer 14 in this case has heat-insulating properties, so that the heat exchange between the external environment and the interior 5 can be kept as low as possible. The material of which the lining layer 14 is formed may have similar properties as described for the covering layer 8 and is in particular designed to be water and / or air permeable.
The cover layer 8 and / or the lining layer 14 are each constructed in one or more layers, wherein these layers can be formed by different types of fabric, fabric or knitted fabric and can be made using different bonding or processing methods.

The garment 1 has a substantially cylindrical in use, but flexible or
The
The functional layer 6 is not part of the
The functional layer 6 can be connected to one of the material layers 4 via an arbitrary fastening means in an area lying in the direction of a slip-in opening of the
About the

Of course, further embodiments of the
According to the embodiment, the
Furthermore, the material on the
The
In a preferred embodiment, the
The material of the contact surfaces 30, 31 of the
The material on the
The
The
Of course, can be arranged on the

The exemplary embodiments show possible embodiments of the item of clothing 1 and the system according to the invention, wherein it should be noted at this point that the invention is not limited to the specifically illustrated embodiments thereof, but rather various combinations of the individual embodiments are possible with each other and this possibility of variation due to the teaching of technical action by objective invention in the knowledge of the person working in this technical field. There are therefore also all possible embodiments, which are possible by combinations of individual details of the illustrated and described embodiment, the scope of protection.
For the sake of completeness, it should finally be pointed out that for a better understanding of the structure of the item of clothing 1 and of the system according to the invention, these or their components have been shown partly unevenly and / or enlarged and / or reduced in size.
