Abstract

導電性カーボンと累積50%体積粒子径が1~10μmのスピネルフェライト粒子粉末を組み合わせて使用することにより、近傍電磁界における電磁波吸収が優れ、かつ反射を抑制した高密度実装に適した電磁波干渉抑制シートを得ることができる。本発明の電磁波干渉抑制シートは、導電性カーボンと累積50%体積粒子径が1~10μmのスピネルフェライト粒子粉末を分散させた塗料を10~100μmの乾燥厚になるように塗布した後、熱加圧成形する本発明の製造方法により得ることができる。
