Abstract

 低周波から高周波まで広い周波数帯域で抑制効果を持つ電磁波干渉抑制用軟磁性粉末材料とそれを用いた電磁波干渉抑制用シートを提供する。  電磁波干渉抑制シート中に導電性カーボンと軟磁性粉末を体積比3~10:50~70で混合した導電・磁性フィラーを高充填することによって、電子機器の高密度実装に適し、近傍電磁界の電磁波吸収に優れ、かつ反射が十分に抑制された電磁波干渉抑制シートを得ることができる。
