Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant l'ajustement d'aubes de guidage d'admission d'un compresseur. Ledit appareil comprend une bague présentant une pluralité de fentes espacées sur la circonférence de celle-ci ; une pluralité d'ensembles de bras de levier comportant chacun un axe comprenant un corps doté d'une première extrémité et d'une seconde extrémité ainsi qu'un bras de levier s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis la seconde extrémité du corps de l'axe ; une pluralité d'aubes couplées chacune à une extrémité de l'un des bras de levier par un arbre ; et un mécanisme d'engrenage à crémaillère. L'axe de chacun des ensembles de bras de levier est configuré de manière à être positionné à l'intérieur de chacune des fentes de sorte que la première extrémité de l'axe s'étende dans la fente. Le mécanisme d'engrenage à crémaillère comprend un pignon couplé à l'arbre de l'une des aubes, créant ainsi une aube d'entraînement ; et une crémaillère entraînée couplée en fonctionnement au pignon. L'aube d'entraînement est configurée de manière à faire pivoter la bague via le mécanisme d'engrenage à crémaillère, ajustant ainsi une position angulaire de la pluralité d'aubes.
