Abstract

　粘着物を含む印刷古紙を原料とする脱墨パルプの製造において、粘着異物の微細化を防ぎ、排水のＣＯＤを低下させ、かつ残留インキ量の少ない脱墨パルプを製造することを目的とする。 　粘着物を含む印刷古紙の脱墨パルプの製造の際のインキ剥離工程において結晶性層状珪酸塩の無水物を好ましくは絶乾パルプに対して0.1～1.5質量％添加し、ｐＨ7.0～9.9でインキ剥離処理を行う。本発明では、一般に粘着異物の低減には効果があるがインキ剥離性に劣るといわれる弱アルカリ性から中性領域の条件でインキ剥離処理を行なっても、残留インキの少ない脱墨パルプを製造できる。
