Abstract
テラヘルツアンテナモジュール1では、光導電アンテナ素子17が配線基板9に固定され、配線基板9の信号配線を介して電気信号入出力用ポート23の電気信号入出力用ピン24と電気的に接続されている。また、緩衝部材7、半球状レンズ8、光導電アンテナ素子17及び配線基板9がベース2の開口6側からこの順序でベース2の凹部3に配置され、ベース2へのカバー25の取付けによって、配線基板9、光導電アンテナ素子17及び半球状レンズ8が緩衝部材7に対して押圧されている。更に、半球状レンズ8の光軸OAが光導電アンテナ素子17の光導電アンテナ部を通るように、凹部4によって配線基板9が位置決めされ、緩衝部材7によって半球状レンズ8が位置決めされている。
