Abstract

 ペニシリウム・ピノフィラム(Penicillium pinophilum)由来の新規エンドグルカナーゼPPCE、及びそれを含むセルラーゼ調製物、並びに、それらを利用したセルロース含有繊維の処理方法を開示する。前記エンドグルカナーゼPPCEは、繊維に対して高活性であり、至適温度が低温、かつ至適pHが強酸性である。
