Abstract

본 발명은 고지혈 관련 질환의 치료 및 예방에 유용한, 스타틴 화합물 또는 그의 염의 신규 제조방법, 및 이에 사용되는 신규 중간체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 스타틴 화합물을 신규한 중간체들로부터 간편하고 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
