Abstract

 チタン酸バリウムを主成分とする結晶粒子と、該結晶粒子間に形成された粒界相とを有する誘電体磁器であって、前記チタン酸バリウムを構成するバリウム1モルに対してマグネシウム、イットリウム、マンガンを酸化物換算で所定の割合で含有するとともに、チタン酸バリウム100質量部に対してイッテルビウムを酸化物換算で所定の割合で含有し、結晶粒子の平均粒径が0.05~0.2μmである。また、上記誘電体磁器を誘電体層として適用することにより、高容量かつ容量温度特性の安定なコンデンサを形成できる。
